Our goal is to provide a dedicated platform that addresses the intersection of representation and aesthetics within the textile and fashion studies. Our vision is to document and disseminate narratives regarding textiles, dress and adornment from the African continent and its global diaspora through the creation of a multidisciplinary research hub.
