Empowerment Pathways Foundation (EPF) is Recruiting

As we prepare for 2026 and beyond, EPF is seeking passionate young people who are ready to serve on a pro bono basis with integrity and a strong moral compass. These are leadership opportunities to gain experience, serve your peers, and shape a youth-led movement that believes in empowerment and change.

Open Positions:
• Chief of Staff (reports to the Executive Chairperson)
• Executive Secretary (reports to the Executive Chairperson)
• Content Lead (reports to the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer)
• Youth Engagement Manager (reports to the Programs Director)

Who We’re Looking For:
• Youth with a heart for service and empowerment
• Individuals who value responsibility, dedication and ethics
• Young leaders committed to youth-driven change

Application Requirements:
• Cover letter (state which role you’re applying for)
• Short CV
• Copy of ID (if available)

It’s time to speak, listen, and heal.

In partnership, Empowerment Pathways Foundation (EPF) and Stand By You (SBY) bring you a bold youth-led campaign that dives deep into the emotional, mental, and social burdens our generation bears.

👧🏾 SBY will spotlight the girl child, focusing on:
– Teenage pregnancy
– Gender-based struggles
– Mental health & support systems

👦🏽 EPF will uplift the boy child, focusing on:
– Emotional suppression
– Toxic masculinity
– Stigma around vulnerability

Expect real talk, creative expression and raw storytelling.
We’re not just starting conversations—we’re changing them.

It’s been 10 days since we launched our campaign to raise N$5,000 in support of a local children’s home — and we’re grateful to announce we’ve received two pledges so far:

✅ N$150 from our EC, M. Veii-Katjiuongua
✅ N$500 from Ms Katjiuongua
➡️ Total so far: N$650

We’re deeply thankful — but we still have a long way to go.
We’re raising funds for 7 mink blankets and sanitary wear, and every dollar counts.
