Create lasting impact - in the community, with the support of the community.

There was much happiness when the proceeds of the Quiz Night could officially be presented to Lilli of MI-Care.
The community came together for a very successful night of lively competition and fun.
MI-Care is now in a position to initiate the first steps towards acquiring the specialised equipment needed for the establishment of a human milk bank in Walvis Bay.

This vital project will focus on providing life-saving donor milk to premature and vulnerable infants, giving them the best possible start in life.

The incredible generosity of everyone who attended and participated made this possible, turning a memorable night of trivia into immediate, impactful support for the youngest members of our community.

Rotary Club Walvis Bay is pleased to be associated with this project.
Amalia of the Protea Indongo Hotel and her staff have excelled in the organisation and presentation of the event, whilst the contributions from sponsors and the participation of teams were vital for the success of this venture.

What a night… 🤍

Long nights. Endless conversations. Tears, laughter, printer battles and PowerPoint disasters… and somehow, it all came together into something greater than we could ever have imagined.

A heartfelt thank you to Amalia Amalia , Protea Hotel Indongo Walvis Bay, and every sponsor, volunteer, donor and guest who made this evening so memorable. Your generosity and belief in MI-Care has not gone unnoticed. The full thank-you and sponsor appreciation is still to come—we can't wait to celebrate each of you properly.

Together, we're one step closer to establishing a Human Milk Bank for vulnerable and premature babies in Walvis Bay.
