Yesterday, 13 August 2026, we were honoured to welcome the regional delegation, led by the Governor of ||Kharas Region, Hon. D.C. Gertze, to the OMDis Nursery and the CDLC construction site as part of the Governorโ€™s regional visit and information-sharing tour.

The visit provided an opportunity for meaningful engagement, information sharing, and an overview of OMDis projects and initiatives contributing to the development of Oranjemund and the wider region.

The Oranjemund Cohort 3 DBN Mentoring & Coaching Programme officially kicked off on 11 August 2026 with an engaging Introductory Session hosted by The Diamond Training Institute at OMDis.

Mentees explored practical tools, including the Business Model Canvas, SMART Goal Builder and BIAS Check, sparking valuable reflection and strategic thinking. With business site visits now underway, the journey continues towards stronger business capabilities, better decision-making and sustainable growth.
