A Associação União Juvenil Juntos Fazemos Diferença (JFD) tem o prazer de partilhar que esteve representada pela sua membro Gervância Matavele na 5.ª Sessão de Maputo da formação sobre "A Protecção de Pessoas Vulneráveis no Direito Internacional dos Direitos Humanos", realizada de 29 de Junho a 03 de Julho, na cidade de Maputo.
Durante cinco dias de intensa aprendizagem, intercâmbio de experiências e fortalecimento de capacidades, foram aprofundados temas fundamentais relacionados com a protecção das pessoas em situação de vulnerabilidade, o Direito Internacional dos Direitos Humanos e o papel dos defensores dos direitos humanos na promoção da justiça, igualdade e inclusão.
Esta participação representa mais um passo no reforço das capacidades da nossa associação para continuar a desenvolver acções de impacto junto das comunidades, com especial enfoque na juventude, nos direitos humanos, na inclusão social e no desenvolvimento comunitário.
A JFD agradece aos organizadores pela oportunidade e reafirma o seu compromisso de continuar a trabalhar por uma sociedade mais justa, inclusiva e respeitadora da dignidade de todas as pessoas.
The Juntos Fazemos Diferença Youth Association (JFD) is pleased to share that it was represented by its member, Gervância Arone Matavele, at the 5th Maputo Session of the training programme on "The Protection of Vulnerable Persons under International Human Rights Law", held from 29 June to 3 July in Maputo, Mozambique.
Over five days of intensive learning, knowledge exchange and capacity building, participants explored key issues relating to the protection of people in vulnerable situations, International Human Rights Law, and the role of human rights defenders in promoting justice, equality and inclusion.
This participation marks another important step in strengthening our organisation's capacity to continue implementing impactful initiatives within communities, with a particular focus on youth, human rights, social inclusion and community development.
JFD extends its sincere appreciation to the organisers for this valuable opportunity and reaffirms its commitment to working towards a more just, inclusive society that respects the dignity and rights of every individual.
