Hari Raya Haji is a time to remember the importance of empathy, generosity, and supporting those in need within our communities.

At MSCP, we recognise that these same values are essential to emotional wellbeing. Acts of kindness, connection, and shared purpose can strengthen resilience and foster a greater sense of belonging.

On this special occasion, MSCP extends warm wishes to all who are celebrating. May this Hari Raya Haji bring peace, reflection, and blessings to you and your loved ones.

Selamat Hari Raya Haji. Aidiladha Mubarak.

MSCP is honoured to be part of the A-SHIELD Peer Supporter Training Workshop, in collaboration with the Malaysian Society of Anaesthesiologists (MSA), supporting anaesthesiologists in wellbeing and crisis care.

We would like to thank MSA for initiating this meaningful programme and for inviting MSCP to support this important effort.

We are also proud to share that Ms Chan Pek Har, one of our MSCP members, contributed as one of the writers in developing the guidelines for establishing the Second Victim Programme. Following this, MSA successfully implemented the first programme on the 25th April 2026 and invited MSCP to provide support and sharing throughout the 2-day training.

Our appreciation to our MSCP team members: Ms. Chan Pek Har, Dr. Selina Ding Wai Eng, Ms. Fang Kee Yee, and Mr. Jayson Lew, for their dedication and contribution to this workshop.

We are glad to support this initiative and to work alongside doctors who are passionate about learning, supporting one another, and advancing psychological wellbeing in healthcare.

This training aims to strengthen anaesthesiologists’ wellbeing through peer support. Moving forward, we are committed to provide psychological support for healthcare professionals.

Looking forward to more meaningful collaborations ahead.
