马来西亚吊秤车同业公会 (1987) 出席由陆路公共交通机构（APAD） Agensi Pengangkutan Awam Darat : APAD 召开的“使用低平板半挂车载运吊车设备”专题会议。

会议期间，本会向APAD反映业界当前所面对的实际作业挑战及相关问题。APAD副总监（营运）YBrs. Puan Masita binti Mat Isa率领团队认真聆听业界意见，并与包括陆路交通局（JPJ）官员在内的出席者展开建设性讨论，以进一步了解行业需求及所面对的挑战。

本会谨此感谢APAD，特别是YBrs. Puan Masita binti Mat Isa安排此次会议，并重视业界的声音。经过交流与讨论后，APAD表示将积极研究相关课题，并尽力协助行业寻求合适及可行的解决方案。

MMCOA (1987) attended a special meeting organised by the Land Public Transport Agency (APAD) on the “Use of Low Loader Trailers for Transporting Crane Equipment”.

During the meeting, the Association highlighted the operational challenges and issues currently faced by the industry. YBrs. Puan Masita binti Mat Isa, Deputy Director General (Operations) of APAD, led her team in listening attentively to the industry’s feedback and engaged in constructive discussions with participants, including officers from the Road Transport Department (JPJ), to gain a better understanding of the industry’s needs and challenges.

The Association would like to express its sincere appreciation to APAD, especially YBrs. Puan Masita binti Mat Isa, for arranging the meeting and for giving due attention to the concerns of the industry. Following the discussions, APAD indicated that it would actively review the matters raised and do its best to assist the industry in identifying practical and suitable solutions.

本会主席雷志方应邀出席马来西亚建筑商总会（MBAM）与马来西亚中资企业总商会（CECCM）旗下建筑行业工作委员会（CCIWC）的谅解备忘录签署仪式。

该备忘录旨在促进双方在调解服务领域的合作，为各自会员提供更完善的争议解决机制。双方亦将联合举办相关讲座、研讨会及培训活动，推进行业调解发展。

本会主席雷志方在场见证，并对双方达成合作表示祝贺。

MMCOA (1987) President Luei Chee Fong attended the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between the Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) and the Construction Industry Working Committee (CCIWC) of the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM).

The MOU aims to foster collaboration between both parties in the provision of mediation services, offering a dispute resolution mechanism for their respective members. Both parties will also jointly organise talks, seminars and training programmes related to mediation.

President Luei Chee Fong was present to witness the occasion and extended congratulations to both parties on the successful signing.

本会主席偕同多位理事出席马来西亚建筑商总会（MBAM）七十二周年会庆晚宴，与业界同仁共襄盛举。MBAM自成立以来，一直肩负推动行业发展的重任，此次晚宴不仅是欢庆，更是凝聚力量的重要时刻。晚宴圆满成功，本会谨此致以诚挚祝贺。

MMCOA (1987) President, together with several committee members, attended the 72nd anniversary dinner of the Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM), celebrating alongside industry colleagues. Since its establishment, MBAM has played a key role in advancing the construction industry. The dinner was not only a celebration but also a meaningful occasion to strengthen ties within the sector. The event concluded successfully, and the association extends its sincere congratulations to MBAM.

本会署理主席赖荣耀及秘书长吴年靖出席马来西亚建筑商总会（MBAM）举办的2026年度附属会员对话会。

本会代表在会议上就马来西亚职业安全与健康局（JKKP）审批流程耗时过长的问题，向MBAM反映行业所面对的困境，并提出简化程序及缩短审批时间的建议。此次对话会气氛友好，本会将持续透过MBAM平台为会员发声。

MMCOA (1987) Deputy President Albert Lai and Secretary General Goh Lian Chin attended the “MBAM Dialogue with Affiliate Members (2026)” organised by the Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM).

During the dialogue, the Association raised concerns on behalf of its members regarding the lengthy approval process of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), and proposed streamlining procedures and reducing processing times. The dialogue was conducted in a cordial atmosphere, and MMCOA (1987) will continue to voice members’ concerns through MBAM.
