Every Tuesday and Thursday at Bukit Jalil Secondary School (PUJ 7), details as follows :-

8:30pm to 10:00pm
Practice: :
Peng Qi, Xing Shen Zhuang, Tai Chi Ball and other exercises

For Qigong
Practitioners who have learnt the above modules/exercises are welcome to join our practice classes on Tuesday and Thursday.
