MALAYSIA'S FIRST NATIONAL TEAM OF CISRS CERTIFIED TRAINERS 🇲🇾

The Malaysian Occupational Scaffolding Association (MOSA) proudly congratulates ten Malaysian industry professionals who have successfully completed the internationally recognised CISRS Train the Trainer (TTT) Programme.

This achievement marks another significant milestone in strengthening Malaysia's scaffolding competency framework and developing a pool of qualified local trainers capable of delivering training aligned with international best practices.

The CISRS Train the Trainer Programme is designed to develop trainers who can effectively deliver, assess, and uphold the standards of the CISRS Overseas Scaffolder Training Scheme (OSTS), ensuring consistency, quality, and competency across the industry.

The successful completion of this programme reflects Malaysia's continued commitment towards enhancing workforce competency, improving safety standards, and supporting the development of globally recognised scaffolding professionals.

MALAYSIA NOW HAS ITS OWN CISRS LEAD AUDIT TEAM 🇲🇾

The Malaysian Occupational Scaffolding Association (MOSA) is proud to announce a significant milestone for Malaysia's scaffolding industry.

For the first time, Malaysia now has an officially appointed CISRS Lead Audit Team, reinforcing the nation's commitment towards international best practices, competency assurance, and scaffolding safety excellence.

The CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme) Audit Team plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and quality of accredited scaffolding training centres.

Their responsibilities include:

• Conducting compliance and quality assurance audits

• Evaluating training delivery, facilities, equipment, and assessment processes

• Ensuring alignment with CISRS Overseas Scaffolder Training Scheme (OSTS) requirements

• Supporting accreditation, continual improvement, and international benchmarking of training centres

The establishment of a Malaysian CISRS Lead Audit Team represents another important step towards strengthening local industry capability while supporting the growth of globally recognised scaffolding competency standards throughout the region.
