【弘光科技大學蒞臨留台聯總拜訪交流】

弘光科技大學蘇弘毅校長早前偕同國際專修部副主管陳俊良及專員蔡尚甫，蒞臨留台聯總拜訪交流，由留台聯總署理會長顏振輝代表接待。

交流會上，雙方就臺馬高等教育發展、馬來西亞學生赴臺升學趨勢，以及未來教育推廣與人才培育等課題進行交流與分享，氣氛融洽。雙方亦期盼未來持續加強聯繫與合作，共同推動臺灣高等教育在馬來西亞的發展，為學子提供更多元的升學資訊與學習機會。

出席交流之留台聯總理事包括財政黃潤光、公關組主任林敏慎及貸學金組主任蕭子鳴。

Requirements:
* Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
* Required language(s): English, Mandarin (both fluent in written, spoken and read) to deal with official and internal documents in English and Mandarin.
* Expertise in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and loan structuring.
* Typically, 1+ years in commercial lending, corporate finance, or investment banking are required for this position.
* Strong ability to develop new business opportunities, proven sales performance record preferred.

Responsibilities:
* Engage in sales and marketing activities (ability to identify prospective clients, make initial contact & build rapport is added advantage).
* Manage clients’ relationship and coverage to ensure sound credit standing of client.
* Prepares, proposes and evaluates credit applications and proposals as well as negotiates and packages loans based on appropriate risk management procedures to ensure that the Bank’s interest is protected.
* Monitors the servicing of loans by borrowers and take necessary actions to safeguard the Bank’s interest.
* Observe and be conversant with legal and regulatory requirements that are relevant to the department’s operations.
* To ensure strict compliance of the Bank, Bank Negara Malaysia , other regulators and Our Head Office’s Policy, Procedure and Manual issued from time to time.
* Be primary responsible in managing compliance risk inherent in day-to-day activities, processes and systems for which it is accountable.
* Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required by Head of Department and/or the Senior Management.

【淡江校友會蒞臨拜會留台聯總】

淡江校友會一行日前蒞臨拜訪留台聯總，本會會長彭慶和、秘書陳威膨，以及理事林敏慎、蕭子鳴、何勁舉等人熱情接待，雙方交流氣氛融洽。

交流期間，淡江大學校長葛煥昭博士分享其兩度訪馬的珍貴回憶。首次於2016年3月訪馬，當時由拿督李子松擔任留台聯總會長，亦適逢淡江校友會20週年慶典；時隔多年再度到訪，正值淡江校友會30週年慶，別具意義。此次來訪亦見證兩位傑出淡江校友先後擔任留台聯總會長，令人倍感欣喜與榮耀。

彭慶和會長亦於席間分享留台聯總早年發展歷程，回顧前輩學長們齊心籌資購置會所的點滴，以及組織一路走來的歷史脈絡，讓與會者深感前人耕耘之不易，亦更珍惜今日成果。

此次拜會不僅促進校友情誼，也進一步深化兩會之間的聯繫，期盼未來持續攜手合作，共同推動留台校友社群之發展與傳承。

【四月彭亨州｜升學展宣導】

四月走進彭亨州中競中學（SMJK Chung Ching, Raub），參與校內升學展活動，與同學們面對面交流升學資訊與海外進修方向，協助釐清未來規劃，拓展更寬廣的升學視野。

誠摯感謝校方及SCS Edu Group Sdn. Bhd.（關丹SCS升學輔導中心）的邀請與支持，並特別感謝史翊翊學姐與黃仁偉學長的鼎力協助，使本次活動得以順利推展。

透過現場互動與經驗分享，同學們對各大專院校的課程特色、熱門領域及申請方式有了更清晰的認識，亦從學長姐的親身經驗中獲得實用且寶貴的參考。

【留台聯總2026年度免息貸學金開放申請】

留台聯總2026年度大學免息貸學金從4月16日正式開放申請，截止日期為5月20日。成功錄取者每年可獲最高RM7,000免息貸學金，為升學之路提供實質支持。

留台聯總自1997年推動此項計畫以來，截至2026年初，已累計發放超過RM635萬貸學金，受惠學生遍布全國，幫助無數學子順利完成學業夢想。
