Mobiliti operates a "door to door" transport service in the Klang Valley, mainly for wheelchair bound users. We have 6 vans, which are fitted with hydraulic lifts and wheelchair restraint systems. This enables our passengers to travel comfortably and securely without having to transfer out of their wheelchair. The service operates from 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday, Saturday(8.30am - 12.30pm). Bookings before and after published operating hours will be charged additional contribution charges. Will be advised upon bookings. Note: All users including those accompanying the patient must scan the mySejahtera App and follow all SOP accordingly. We also operate on Sundays and public holidays if there are bookings. The vans can be booked outside these times but will be charged additional contribution charges. If you have not yet registered with Mobiliti please call us to register. Once you have registered you can make transport bookings. You must call Mobiliti office at 03-7957 7255 to make your booking. We require minimum 4 working days notice. You are required to follow up 2 days before your appointment date to check if your booking is confirmed or not. We always try our best to meet every request. But sometimes we are unable to accomodate all bookings request and have to turn down some. If this is the case we will try and help you out on another day. A contribution of RM12.00 for the patient on w/c and RM6 for the caregiver/maid/family/friend accompanying for a one way trip. So if we take you from your house to a hospital and then come back later to take you back the total will be RM36.00. Although we give priority to healthcare-related journeys you can use the Mobiliti service to go elsewhere example shopping, places of worship, visit a friend or relative provided if there is availability on that booking day.
