This is another area of discrimination for foreign spouses who are PR holders.
The petrol subsidy is not allowed to PR holders but only to MyKad & MyTentra holders.

Indirectly it will impact the Malaysian families who are the spouses and children of the foreign spouse.

This is outright unfair and unjustified because Foriegn spouses are not tourists, they are living their life here in this country for decades.

In civilised countries the foreign spouses become citizens after 5 or at the most 10 years, but in Malaysia they will always be “Warga Asing” or (outsiders)

Despite having all the relevant documents to run his legal business here, the foreign spouse was harassed by the authorities and treated like a criminal!
The heavy handedness of authorities in this case is unfathomable. If there was something lacking, he could be politely advised to update his papers or remove any discrepancies, but confiscating his legal business assets seems simply an abuse of power.
Humanity & kindness perhaps is alien in this society.
