经过检查，医生判断它应该是遭遇了车祸，导致胯骨骨折、胸骨骨折，并伴有内出血，眼睛也出现了严重充血的情况。

唯一值得欣慰的是，它的胃口还不错。虽然伤势严重，但它依然努力进食，展现出强烈的求生意志。既然它如此努力地想活下去，我们又怎么忍心轻易放弃呢？

目前制定的治疗方案是先稳定生命体征、控制内出血，并密切观察后续情况，再决定下一步治疗计划。

目前每天的治疗和住院费用大约为 RM200–RM300，如果需要住院治疗 10 天，预计医疗开销将达到 RM2,000–RM3,000。

如果您愿意帮助它渡过这个难关，无论金额多少，都是对它最大的支持与鼓励。感谢大家一路以来的关心与帮助。 ❤️🐾

After examination, the vet believes that he was hit by a vehicle.
He has suffered fractured hip and rib bones, internal bleeding, and severe bloodshot eyes.

However his appetite remains good despite the pain and trauma showing a strong desire to live. If he is fighting so hard to survive, how can we bring ourselves to give up on him?

For now, the treatment plan is to stabilize his condition, stop the internal bleeding, and closely monitor his progress before determining the next course of treatment.

His daily hospitalization and treatment costs are estimated at RM200–RM300 per day, which means the medical expenses could reach approximately RM2,000–RM3,000 over the next 10 days.

Any support, no matter the amount, will help give him a fighting chance. Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and continued support. ❤️🐾

一只无助的狗躺在路边一天一夜。帖子下面有一百多个留言，除了 “up up up”，就是 “help help help”。

说实话，我们也犹豫了很久。不救，于心不忍；救，它会不会成为压垮我们的最后一根稻草？毕竟我们肩上还背负着 200 多只狗的收容所开销，以及一笔又一笔尚未结清的兽医费用。但当看到它孤零零地躺在那里，等待了一天一夜，我们还是无法选择转身离开。

目前狗狗已经送到兽医诊所接受检查和治疗，我们会在有进一步消息后向大家更新情况。

Update on the TVT dog from Pedanak Market (photos in the comments )

There have a significant improving after 3 chemo jabs. However it's still a long way to go with tick fever treatment and another 2 chemo jabs then a TNVR.

A post about a dog with a seriously injured leg caught our attention, and we immediately stepped in to help. We managed to locate the injured dog and sent it straight to the vet clinic.

After examination, the vet confirmed that the dog is suffering from TVT, and unfortunately it has already spread throughout the body. Because of this, it will need at least 6 rounds of chemotherapy.

His first vet bill was RM 236 which means the TVT treatment cost will be RM 236x6=RM 1416, plus a TNVR (cost will be RM 350) after his recovery. We need estimates RM 1766 in total.

At the same time, we have just recently rescued another dog with both legs fractured, and the medical expenses are already putting us under heavy financial pressure. We are truly struggling to cope.

Therefore, we sincerely appeal to everyone once again — please lend us a helping hand and support us in saving this poor soul.

Any donation, no matter how small, will help give White Boy a second chance at life.

Sama 现在已经安置在我们的收容所了。由于没有进行骨头复位手术，它未来是否还能重新站起来，目前还是一个未知数。

但我们不会放弃，让我们一起期待奇迹的发生吧。🙏🐾

Sama (the accident dog from Samajaya ) has already been placed in our shelter. Since no bone realignment surgery was performed, whether he will be able to stand again in the future is still unknown.

经过诊断它的一只前脚和一只后脚骨折，医生建议的手术钢钉治疗方案费用太高，不是我们能够负担的（大概 1 万马币）， 可是我们又不想就这样放弃它，所以我们决定用传统和低成本的方法来试一试。

目前为止它的医疗和住院费用已经快 2 千了（附上单据），我们知道大家的生活也不容易，
但如果你愿意帮它一点点，哪怕 RM10、RM20，
对它来说都是活下去的机会。

请帮它一把。

Do you still remember this one? 🐾

After diagnosis, we found that it has one front leg and one hind leg fractured. The vet recommended surgery with metal pins, but the cost is simply too high for us to afford (around RM10,000).

However, we really do not want to give up on this innocent life.
So we have decided to try a more traditional and lower-cost treatment approach, hoping it can still have a chance to recover.

So far, the medical and hospitalization fees have already reached nearly RM2,000 (receipts attached).

We understand that life is not easy for everyone, but if you are willing to help even a little — RM10 or RM20 — it could mean a chance of survival for this dog.
