Anger
Not all anger comes from hate.
Sometimes, it comes from missing someone so deeply that your heart doesn’t know where to place the pain. In grief, anger can surface as frustration, blame, or even silence, but beneath it lies love, loss, and a heart trying to heal.
If you’ve ever asked, “Why did this happen?” or found yourself blaming yourself or others, you’re not alone. These feelings are a natural part of grief, and they do not define who you are.
Take your time. Feel what you need to feel. Healing isn’t about rushing forward, it’s about allowing yourself to move through each emotion with compassion.❤️❤️
