Alhamdulillah.. Hari ini YB Dato' Seri Tuan Guru Haji Abdul Hadi Awang merasmikan majlis pecah tanah Maahad Baitur Rahman di Kampung Banggol Donas, Kuala Terengganu.
Dalam majlis tersebut disebut bahawa orang Islam mesti mempelajari ilmu Al-Quran dan Hadith untuk menyuluh perkara-perkara dunia seperti sains, teknologi dan lain-lain dengan petunjuk Al-Quran.
Nabi Muhammad S.A.W. membina masjid sebaik sahaja sampai di Madinah untuk solat dan menuntut ilmu demi mendidik sahabat-sahabat untuk dihantar ke seluruh pelusuk dunia. Maka projek ilmu ini merupakan sebuah projek yang penting dalam Islam.
Oleh itu, dengan perasmian ini diharapkan semoga maahad ini akan membina masyarakat di sekeliling dengan ilmu Al-Quran dan hadith untuk mendidik generasi seterusnya. Aamiin
