♿ 沙登山「国际残障人士日」慈善暨爱心筹款登山活动
Bukit Serdang Charity Hike for International Day of Persons with Disabilities

您的关爱，让生命更有温度；

这个12月，让我们相约沙登山，
用脚步传递温暖，用行动汇聚爱与力量！🫶

配合「国际残障人士日」，马来西亚视障华人文化协会诚挚邀请社会各界人士，一同参与这场充满意义的慈善登山活动。

本次活动希望通过慈善登山筹募善款，为本会持续推动视障人士服务与发展提供所需资源，包括协会日常运作、活动经费，以及为视障人士提供更多学习与职业技能培训机会，如按摩技能培训等，协助他们掌握一技之长、提升就业能力，并迈向更自主的生活。

同时，我们也希望通过这场活动，让更多社会大众认识、关注并关怀视障及残障群体，共同推动一个更友善、更包容、更有爱的社会。❤️

♿ Bukit Serdang Charity Hike for International Day of Persons with Disabilities

Your care brings warmth to lives.

This December, let us come together at Bukit Serdang and turn every step into an act of kindness. 🫶

In conjunction with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, Persatuan Kebudayaan Cina OKU Penglihatan Malaysia warmly invites individuals, corporations, organisations and community groups to join us for a meaningful morning of hiking, giving and togetherness.

Through this charity hike, we aim to raise funds to support our Association’s ongoing work for persons with visual impairments. The funds raised will help sustain our daily operations and community activities, while creating more learning, vocational training and skills-development opportunities for the visually impaired — including massage therapy and practical vocational skills training.

By equipping visually impaired individuals with practical skills, we hope to enhance their employment opportunities, build greater independence and empower them towards a more self-reliant future.

At the same time, this event aims to raise greater public awareness, understanding and inclusion of persons with disabilities, and to inspire a more caring and inclusive society. ❤️

現在很多科技明明愈做愈方便，
為什麼在視障者的生活沒有更輕鬆?
　　　　
更新一次 App，找不到原本的按鈕。
點餐變成掃 QR Code，還要切換好幾個頁面。
註冊會員、登入網站，又是圖形驗證、又是限時驗證碼……
　　　　
你知道嗎？大家抱怨的是操作變麻煩。
但視障者失去的，卻是獨立生活的能力。
一個按鈕的位置改了、
一個介面重新設計、
一個工程師覺得只是小小的更新，
都可能讓原本每天熟悉的操作全部失效，
甚至連傳一則訊息、點一份餐，都得重新摸索。
　　　　
這集邀請到，我在黑暗中的引路人 #台灣公益聯盟身心障礙發展部 #張捷。
三十多年來，他持續投入視障服務、無障礙科技與公共政策推動，希望讓每個人都能更有尊嚴地生活。
　　　　　
捷哥分享了一句讓我思考好久的話。
他說：「沒有我們的參與，請不要替我們做決定。」

這句話好像說的是產品設計的問題，
但我們每天與人相處的方式不也是這樣嗎?

很多時候，我們自認是在幫忙、在照顧、在替別人著想，卻很少停下來問一句：
你真正需要的是什麼？

我們以為給了協助，其實也可能拿走了對方做決定的機會。

真正的幫助，不是讓別人更依賴我們，而是讓對方有能力決定自己的生活；
真正的尊嚴，也不是什麼都不用幫，而是在需要幫助的時候，依然保有選擇權。
　　　
這集談的是科技、無障礙和視障者。
我帶走的，卻是另一種看待幫助、尊重與陪伴的方法。
