As the auspicious occasion of Hari Raya approaches, we remain true to our hearts by continuing our annual tradition of care—preparing essential supplies for underprivileged families in our community. Through this small gesture, we hope to share the joy of the festivities with them and convey the warmth and support of our community.

Seeing the smiles on the faces of the families we assist fills us with heartfelt gratitude, and we deeply appreciate the efforts of all who made this possible. May this act of kindness add to their peace and happiness during this celebratory season, as we together welcome a blessed Hari Raya.

一年一度新年佳节到来，我们旨在帮助清寒家庭捐赠物资，以减轻他们的负担, 有幸联合两所学校，共援助80个家庭。

从准备物资到运输安排，
团队成员皆全力协助。
感谢校长与老师们的支持，
感谢董事长和家协主席亲临现场，感谢来自各地的志愿者们，也感谢各赞助方的慷慨相助。

With the arrival of the annual New Year celebration,
we aim to donate necessities to underprivileged families to help lighten their burdens.
We had the privilege of collaborating with two schools, providing assistance to a total of 80 families.

From preparing supplies to arranging transportation,
every step was supported by the dedicated efforts of our team members.

Our gratitude extends to the principals and teachers for their support, to the Chairman and the Chairperson of the PIBG for their presence, to the volunteers who came from various locations, and to all the sponsors Cruz Loo Vivian Chua for their generous contributions.

2026年的第一个星期，阳光是新的，风也带着崭新的气息。在这新一年的开端，第一个慈善活动让素不相识的人们聚在了一起。装箱、打包、整理物资……所有人都一样，默契地配合着，没有过多的言语。因为心中那个共同的目的无比清晰，那就是“帮助”。这份纯粹的善意，让新的开始充满了温暖的意义。

The first week of 2026, the sunlight felt new, and the breeze carried a fresh clarity. At the dawn of this new year, the first charity event brought together people who had been strangers just moments before. Packing boxes, sealing parcels, organizing supplies… everyone cooperating without the need for many words. Because the shared purpose in their hearts was crystal clear—to help. This pure kindness filled the new beginning with a sense of profound warmth.

固定，意味着某种不会落空的期待。在那些或许艰难的日子里，知道有人在固定的时刻记挂着你，生活便有了沉甸甸的锚点。于是，风雨无阻的抵达，不再仅仅是一种物资的传递，而成了一份双向的守护。正是在这份寻常到近乎枯燥的坚持里，施与受的双方，于一次次的确认中，看见了照亮彼此生活的微光。最终，所有这些坚持，都为漫长而平凡的生活，轻轻标上了一个温暖而深刻的善意注脚。

Consistency means a certain kind of expectation that will never be disappointed. In those perhaps difficult days, knowing that someone is thinking of you at a fixed time gives life a solid anchor. Thus, arriving regardless of wind or rain is no longer merely the delivery of supplies, but becomes a form of mutual guardianship. It is precisely in this ordinary, almost mundane persistence that both the giver and the receiver, through repeated reassurance, catch a glimpse of the faint light that illuminates each other’s lives. In the end, all this perseverance gently adds a warm and profound footnote of kindness to the long and ordinary journey of life.

原本有人捐赠了一架管风琴给他们(戒毒所), 可惜因为一些情况无法如愿。既然我已经答应了对方，就不想让他们失望，更希望他们能在圣诞节前拥有一架琴。

圣诞节对我们基督徒来说，是唱诗歌赞美主的重要时刻，乐器的伴奏必不可少。因此，我和我家马妹商量，并得到了她的理解和同意，决定将她心爱的电子琴捐赠出去。马妹虽然心中不舍，但她完全明白我的心意。

现在，大家都在为圣诞节积极准备。我也特别挂念那些因水灾受困、暂时无法回家的朋友们。我为他们祷告，愿他们平安无事，早日回到家中。

Someone originally donated an organ piano to them, but due to unforeseen circumstances, they were unable to receive it. Since I had already promised them, I didn't want to let them down. I also really hoped they could have a keyboard before Christmas.

Christmas is a time when we Christians sing hymns to praise the Lord, and musical instruments are essential for this. So, I discussed with my sister, Ma Mei, and after getting her agreement, we decided to donate her electronic keyboard to them. Although Ma Mei was reluctant to part with it, she understood my intention.

Here we all are, preparing for Christmas. My thoughts and prayers are with our friends who are trapped by the floods and cannot return to their own homes. I pray for them and believe they will be safe and sound and return home soon.

Amen.

我们这群“老同学”像往常一样，聚在社区，准备着慈善派饭的各项工作。但今晚的气氛有些特别。因为今天我们可以稍稍“偷个懒”了。

今天我们老同学不用管，老李笑着拍拍手，语气里满是欣慰。的确，我们不用再像过去那样事必躬亲、忙得脚不沾地了。

一群来自Sunway大学的年轻身影，笑容灿烂，一边熟练地分装餐盒，一边亲切地与前来领取食物的长者们交谈。

非常感谢Sunway大学生来一起慈善派饭给有需要的人。 他们带来的，不仅仅是多了一双手的协助，更是一份社会责任感的传承与接续。看着他们认真的脸庞，我们仿佛看到了年轻时的自己，也看到了未来社会爱心绵延的希望。

做慈善，不是单靠一个人就能完成的。它需要一群志同道合的家人朋友，基于互相理解与帮助。
有人前去考察，了解真实需求；
有人负责协调，确保各方顺畅；
有人慷慨解囊，提供物资捐赠；
有人亲手送达，送去温暖关怀。
每一个环节都至关重要，少了谁，这份善意都难以圆满。

今天，我们把轮椅送到了婆婆手中。
在她眼角，我看到了一丝泪水。
她或许无法用言语表达，但那无声的眼神，已道尽了千言万语的“谢谢”。

Charity is not something that can be accomplished by one person alone.
It requires a group of like-minded family and friends, built on mutual understanding and support.

Some go out to assess and understand the real needs;
Some take charge of coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly;
Some give generously, providing material donations;
Some personally deliver, bringing care and warmth.

Every step is vital—without any one of them, this circle of kindness would be hard to complete.

Today, we delivered the wheelchair to Grandma. In the corner of her eye, I caught a glimmer of tears. She may not have been able to express it in words, but her silent gaze spoke volumes—a heartfelt “thank you” beyond words.
