When the night turned magical ✨⚡

Had a wonderful evening at a Hogwarts-themed Installation Night for the Lions Club of JB Austin and the Club Branch of Johor Bahru Entrepreneur Malaysia.

What impressed me most was seeing how the Leo transformed a creative idea into reality
From the theme, atmosphere, and experience, every detail reflected their passion, imagination, and dedication.

It is always encouraging to see young leaders stepping forward, daring to think differently, and bringing fresh energy into our Lions family.

Congratulations to the newly installed Board of Directors, and wishing you a successful and memorable term ahead. 🦁

最让我印象深刻的
莫过于看到青狮们将一个创意概念一步步化为现实
从主题设计、现场氛围
到整个活动体验
都能感受到他们的用心、创意与投入

每一次看到年轻一代勇于尝试、敢于创新
为狮子会注入新的活力与想法
都让人感到欣慰

恭喜新当选的理事会团队

也很高兴看到新成立的幼狮会
为狮子会注入更多活力
也为家庭参与服务创造更多机会

最让我印象深刻的
是对于家庭参与的重视
当服务能够与家人一起参与时
它不仅仅是一项活动
更是一段共同成长、共同创造回忆的旅程 🦁❤️

Had the pleasure of attending the Installation of the President and Board of Directors for the Lions Club of Bahau.

Congratulations to the newly elected Board of Directors as you begin another chapter of service and growth.

It was also encouraging to see the new Cub Clubs, bringing fresh energy, and even more opportunities to involve families in the Lions journey.

One thing that stood out to me was the emphasis on family participation.
Service becomes even more meaningful when it can be shared with our loved ones, creating memories while making a difference together.🦁❤️

Once again, we completed another journey together.
Let me take this opportunity to sincerely thank all of our facilitators Koh Siang Tan Ten Jia Sheng Estelle Lee Priscilla Chew Gan Chee Biow Simon Wai Teck Ming

ELLI 2026 would not have been possible without your support, energy, and willingness to share throughout the entire institute.

For our participants, what impressed me most was how seriously many participants treated their pre-assignment work. 🤩
The effort, preparation, and thought put into every presentation and discussion truly reflected the passion to learn and grow.

5th Campaign Stop — Negeri Sembilan

This stop gave me a deeper understanding of the challenges faced across different regions,
especially in the development of Leo Clubs. from the balance between English and Mandarin,
to issues of resource allocation and representation, each topic deserves careful attention.
In the past, resources leaned towards a single language.

Today, the membership landscape has changed and we need to evolve with it.
A clearer bilingual approach, fairer distribution of resources, and a more representative team structure
could be the way forward for us together. 🦁

第五站来到森美兰州

这一站
让我更深入了解不同区域
在青少狮发展上所面对的挑战
从中英双语的平衡
到资源分配与代表性的问题
每一个课题都值得我们认真面对

过去资源偏向单一语言
如今会员结构已改变
我们也需要随之调整

更清晰的双语机制
更公平的资源配置
更具代表性的团队结构
或许就是我们可以一起前进的方向 🦁

第四站来到加亨

原以为这一站
大家会更多关注在地区服务的课题

但交流下来才发现
有很大一部分的想法
都围绕在制度与系统的延续性

从服务到结构
从当下到未来
每一个问题
都带着更长远的思考

也让我更加体会到
真正的改变
不只是做得更多
而是做得更稳、更长久

4th Campaign Stop — Kahang
I initially thought
the focus here would be more on local service issues.

But through the conversations, I realised that many of the ideas were centred around the continuity of systems and structures.

From service to structure,
from present to future,
every question carried a longer-term perspective.

It reminded me again that
real change is not just about doing more, but about building something more stable and sustainable over time.

Shine With Hope · Hospital Sultan Ismail

有时候
服务不一定很大
但只要用心
就足够温暖

这次和 Omega Leo Club Of JB City 一起走进 Hospital Sultan Ismail 的儿童病房

短短下午的时间
没有复杂的流程
只是简单地陪伴

一起用黏土做钥匙圈
看着孩子们专注地捏出自己的作品
一点一点
把情绪也慢慢释放出来

也有小丑吉祥物的表演
笑声很自然地在病房里传开
那一刻
这里不像医院
更像一个充满童真的空间

对孩子来说
或许只是一个短短的活动
但对我们来说
是一种提醒
哪里有需要
哪里就有狮子会

Sometimes, service doesn’t have to be big. As long as it is sincere, it is enough to bring warmth.

This time, together with the Omega Leo Club of JB City,
we stepped into the children’s ward at Hospital Sultan Ismail.

Just a short afternoon, no complicated program, just simple moments of presence.

Making keychains with clay together, watching the children focus on shaping their own creations, bit by bit,
their emotions gently eased along the way.

There was also a clown mascot performance, and laughter naturally filled the ward.

In that moment, it didn’t feel like a hospital, but a space filled with childhood joy.

For the children, it may just be a short activity. But for us,
it is a reminder
where there is a need,
there is Lion. 🦁✨

This stop brought more clarity in direction and ideas,
along with deeper thoughts on future planning and expectations.

From conversations to discussions, we gradually went deeper, not just sharing,but reflecting together on the path ahead.

Through these dialogues,
a shared direction slowly began to emerge.

这一站
多了一份方向与想法
也多了更多关于未来的规划与期待

从交流到讨论
慢慢走得更深

一如既往的热情

这一晚
很多问题都围绕着“家庭”
与对于非大城市的分会的顾虑
在一个轻松的氛围里
慢慢听见大家的顾虑与想法
也更理解每一份背后的期待

2nd Campaign Station — Muar (Region 5)

As always, the warmth was there, but this time, it felt even more personal and real.

Many of the conversations that night revolved around “family,” and the concerns faced by clubs outside the major cities.

In a relaxed and open atmosphere, I had the chance to truly listen, to understand the concerns, the thoughts,
and the expectations behind every voice.
