MAD Movement, previously known as Leaderonomics Community is still part of Leaderonomics which is now a holding company for many of our business arms. From 2008 to 2019, Leadero
nomics Community was fully funded by our Corporate arm as a Social Enterprise Model. Later that year, our leaders and ourselves decided it was time for us to take a step towards sustainability. In hopes that our partners would be inspired to do the same. This business direction propelled the team into streamlining our processes, managing our resources and engaging with more partners and clients to achieve our mission - Grow People into Leaders, Build Communities of Love and Transform the Nation. And as we started looking at all the aspects for our organisation to thrive, we realised that we needed to change the way we defined, delivered and measured impact. Over the years, we have gradually improved our impact measurements and reports to drive better decisions for ourselves and our partners. The answer is a Malaysian slang we often use; Same, same but different. Our hearts beat as one for the communities we impact and impact with, but our minds will continue to sharpen and strengthen the way we impact. Our partners are in many ecosystems today - CSR Departments, Schools, Universities, Corporate Organisations, Non-Governmental and Non-Profit Organisations. Our expertise in the youth leadership and development space is opening up opportunities for us to master the Corporate Social Responsibility space alongside building technology to transform volunteerism or doing good.
