Nadi PCHC Institut Jantung Negara Malaysia PCHC was formerly known as the Department of Paediatric Cardiology and has been a part of IJN since its inception in 1992.

Three IJN consultants have been invited as speakers at the World Congress of Paediatric Cardiology & Cardiac Surgery (WCPCCS) 2025, to be held in Hong Kong from 7–12 December 2025.

Dr Marhisham Che Mood, Head & Consultant Paediatric Cardiologist, Dr Geetha Kandavello, Senior Consultant Paediatric Cardiologist and Dr Sivakumar Sivalingam, Senior Consultant Paediatric Cardiothoracic Surgeon, will represent IJN on the international stage.

Each of them is highly specialised in their respective fields and has established a strong reputation as key opinion leaders in the region. Their invitation to speak at this prestigious congress is a testament to their expertise, dedication and significant contributions to paediatric cardiovascular care at the international level.

We extend our deepest condolences on the passing of Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, the 5th Prime Minister of Malaysia, who departed peacefully at 7:10pm today.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones during this time of loss. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
