Catsoterra Berhad (CLBG) Est. 2025
SSM: 202501053117 (1654523-P) Cats of Penang is a dedicated charity organization focused on improving the lives of stray and feral cats in Penang through education, advocacy, and hands-on support. We work tirelessly to raise awareness about the importance of TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) programs, promoting responsible spaying and neutering to control the stray cat population and reduce suffering. In addition to our educational efforts, we actively assist local organizations with fundraising and adoption campaigns to ensure that cats find loving, forever homes. Through collaboration, we strive to create a compassionate and sustainable future for the stray cat population in Penang. At Cats of Penang, we are driven by the belief that every cat deserves a chance to live a healthy, safe, and happy life.

The generosity and dedication demonstrated by the Penang Bar Association in supporting animal welfare is truly inspiring.

We are honored and humbled to have been invited to Paws & Strides 2026 charity walk, alongside IAPWA Penang, to stand together in support of Penang’s community animals.

To everyone who made this event possible, thank you for showing up, giving back, and demonstrating that animal welfare is a responsibility we all share. Your generosity helps organizations like Catsoterra continue making subsidized Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) more accessible to the communities that need it most.

A special thank you to Les Grains and Maxlift for their continued commitment to animal welfare and for helping make initiatives like this possible.

Different organizations. One shared responsibility.

Together, we can build a more compassionate future for Penang’s community animals.

Change begins when people choose to make a difference.

Stand up for the voiceless. Rise to the call of compassion.

These animals belong to no one, yet they belong to all of us. Their welfare is not the responsibility of one person, one organization, or one community. It is a responsibility we all share.

They cannot ask for a better tomorrow, but together, we can give them one.

Be their voice. Be the change. Let’s build a better world for them, together.

15 more cats are safe, cared for, and TNR’d!

Every cat we trap, neuter, and return is more than just a number — it’s a life spared from suffering, a future with fewer kittens on the streets, and a step toward a healthier, kinder Penang.

TNR isn’t just about controlling populations; it’s about compassion, community, and giving these cats a chance to live without fear, hunger, or disease. With your support, we can continue to change lives, one cat at a time.
