MHSPSC WOMEN COMMITTED TO "BREAK THE SILENCE"

The Women Bureau of Malaysia Hindu Sangam Penang State Council successfully held the “Penang Goes Orange (PGO) 2025" awareness program as below details:

The theme “Break the Silence” / Jangan Dok Diam" aims to empower women to speak up and support those facing challenges such as:

The session was led by Dr.R.Lalitha, PKT Malaysia Hindu Sangam National Women Bureau Leader, Viveka Ratna N.Nalini Dewi DJN.PKT.PJK Women Leader and Viveka Ratna Tharman Anandan PKT., PJK., PJM, Chairman of MHS Penang State Council give closing remarks witness by State EXCO and Women Bureau representatives from 11 local councils.

MHSPSC UPHOLD TRADITIONAL DEEPAVALI CELEBRATION

3rd Nov - The Malaysia Hindu Sangam Penang State Council (MHSPSC) successfully hosted the "Deepavali Banana Leaf Open House 2025" in collaboration with Raaj Tea Palace Penang Perai and Sivam Catering at Raaj Tea Palace, Perai, yesterday.

The event was graced by distinguished guests including YB Dato Seri Sundarajoo Somu Assemblyman for Perai, YB Rsn Rayer Chairman & YB Senator Lingesh RA Deputy Chairman of Penang Hindu Endowments Board,
Tan Sri Dato' Seri Yussof Latif President Majlis Muhibah Pulau Pinang, Dato' Khoo Boo Leong President Zzu Chi Penang, Dato' Suresh President of Indian Restaurant - Restaurant of Malaysia, Ayya Rishi Kumar Vadivelu National President National Malaysia Hindhudharma Maamandram, Viveka Ratna Tharman Anandan PKT, PJK, PJM Chairman and Viveka Ratna Satiyasilan Subramaniam PJM Deputy Chairman of Malaysia Hindu Sangam Penang State Council and other esteemed NGOs Leaders / State EXCO / Bureau Leaders / LC Leaders / VIPs.

More than 600 guests joined the joyous celebration, enjoying the warmth, hospitality, and traditional banana leaf feast prepared with devotion and care. DEEPAVALI GATHERING WITH GIFTED CHILDREN

2nd Nov - Malaysia Hindu Sangam Penang State Council was honoured to be part of the "27th Deepavali Gathering with Gifted Children" organised by Malaysia Hindu Sangam: Butterworth Council at SJKT Mak Mandin Hall, Penang.

The meaningful celebration was officiated by Malaysian Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, President Dato' Parthiban and witnessed by Viveka Ratna Tharman Anandan PKT, PJK, PJM, Chairman of Malaysia Hindu Sangam Penang State Council, together with State EXCO and Bureau Leaders.

Our heartfelt appreciation to MHS Butterworth Local Council for hosting such a beautiful and inspiring Deepavali evening filled with joy, love, and light.

ILP ARUMUGAM PILLAI & MHSPSC BERSAMA TANGANI ISU PELAJAR

2hb Okt - Biro Belia Malaysia Hindu Sangam Negeri Pulau Pinang dengan kerjasama MPKK Pearl City dan Persatuan Pembangunan Mutiara Masyarakat Pulau Pinang telah berjaya menganjurkan Ceramah Anti Dadah & Kesedaran Bunuh Diri di Auditorium Institut Latihan Perindustrian Arumugam Pillai Nibong Tebal, Nibong Tebal, Pulau Pinang.

Tujuan program ini adalah untuk memberi kesedaran kepada para pelajar tentang bahaya penyalahgunaan dadah dan tisu bunuh diri yang semakin membimbangkan dalam kalangan remaja.

Majlis dirasmikan oleh Pengerusi Malaysia Hindu Sangam Negeri Pulau Pinang, Viveka Ratna Tharman Anandan PKT.PJK.PJM, disaksikan oleh Penolong Pengarah Bahagian Pengurusan Pelajar & Latihan ILP Arumugam Pillai, Puan Fairuz Syatilla Binti Rozaini, Ketua Birro Agama Puan P.Pongkodi PJM, Ketua Biro Pendidikan Puan Thilaga Vathy dan Naib Pengerusi Biro Belia, Encik G Dannesh Rao Ganesan.
