Our residents at Casa de Luz were forced to leave everything behind because they were not accepted for who they are.

Now the United States is turning its back on refugees who are legally seeking asylum.

This is not who we are.

We must change this. Speak up. Be loud. Don’t stay silent.

Resist.

The U.S. is turning its back on asylum seekers—again.
Over 100,000 cases frozen or revoked. Lives stalled by political cruelty.
LGBTQ+ refugees who followed the law, trusted the system, and fled persecution are now being punished for it.
This is not border security. This is state-sanctioned abandonment.
We stand with our asylum seekers—and we will not be silent while due process is erased.
Speak out. History is watching. 🏳️‍🌈😡
