Today, we honour the courage and sacrifice of those who fought for our independence and reflect on the responsibility we all share in building a peaceful, inclusive, and prosperous Malawi.

This day reminds us that when we work together with a shared purpose, we can overcome challenges, transform communities, and create a brighter future for every citizen.

Mannapack distribution in TA Mwambo, Zomba

Our School Feeding Officers are on the ground in TA Mwambo distributing fortified rice to ECD centres.

More than 44 CBCCs under the PASD School Feeding Programme are set to receive their share.

Distribution of Fortified Rice to ECD centers for this month has started.

The images show Fortified Rice distribution in TA Mbiza, Zomba. A total of 20 CBCCs in TA Mbiza, under the PASD school feeding program, have received their share.

This support continues to improve the health and wellbeing of learners, ensuring they receive nutritious meals that support their growth and learning.

PASD in Action!!!
TERRY ZAKRESKI SPORTS TOURNAMENT

With support from Hope for Malawi, PASD brought together 8 youth clubs in Domasi for an exciting sports tournament featuring boys football, girls football, netball, and volleyball.

The tournament finals took place yesterday on 03 May, 2026 at Domasi College Ground, with many supporters coming out to cheer their teams. In boys football, Mdumu Youth Club came out as winners, taking first place. Likonde finished in second place, and Magwira took third place .

The finals were graced by Guests of Honour from Hope for Malawi, Elaine Zakreski and Sherri Hunchuck. They presented prizes to the winners and encouraged the youth to continue working together, stay hopeful, and build strong team spirit.

The tournament helped promote teamwork, discipline, and active living, bringing young people together through sports initiatives. Shout out to all participating clubs: Kundecha, Magwira, Mdumu, Nyamuka, Likonde, Tabu, Mtogolo, and M’bwana in Domasi
