As I have been saying the past six days, I have been in touch with Gogo Emily Njolomole from Ntcheu but she is settled in Sadzi, Zomba, Mpakati Village T/A Chikowi.

Mwanayu wakula ndi agogo ake since bambo ake anamwalira and mayi Ake sakudziwika komwe ali anachoka mwanayu ali wang'ono kwambiri. Primary school amayimbira pa St Joseph Ku Zomba komweko kumene amusankhira Ku Likuni.

Gogo Emily akuti adapatsidwa nambala yanga ndi student waku CHANCO Felix Phiri omwe akuti anawatsimikizira agogowo kuti eti zitheka apeza thandizo mhu 😂😔.

Today, I sent my colleagues to visit gogowa at her place and they had this conversation. Credits to Thomas Kaunda and Madalitso Thom for visiting the granny when I asked you to. I believe, apeza thandizo.

I am sharing this with faith that she will find help and go to school. At Likuni Girls fees is 600,000 and uniform is 215,000, I am told. I am appealing to well wishing Malawians that if we can, let us help this kid go to school chifukwa zikuwoneka kuti agogo Emily ayika chikhulupiliro chawo mwa mwanayu.

I hereby, with the urgency this matters deserves, open the following accounts for fees, transport and groceries contributions for the kid. She has to leave for school on Sunday.

This morning I am here again on the need for us to save our brother Blessings Chalemera who needs medical attention outside Malawi.

Together, we can do it. With love, we can bring our funds together and he can be well again. Blessings has been a devoted member of Let Love Lead ❤️, a student led charity organisation that I founded during my undergraduate studies at the University of Malawi. I have worked with this young man and I appreciate how passionate he is when it comes to the welfare of others. Today, Blessings is in need, I humbly ask you all to give back love. FINAL UPDATE SO FAR:

Finally, we got it done. Thanks to everyone who contributed. We from Let Love Lead are very grateful. Tomorrow, our friend will be back in the UNIMA corridors.

Our target was K100,000, and a total of K129,000 has been collected, exceeding the target.

Special thanks to a certain lady whose name we are keeping anonymous, as she has offered to cater for his rent for the coming six months. You see what love can do.

As you are busy preparing to return to those beautiful corridors, there is a fellow friend among us who has lost hope of coming back. This is not by choice, but because he is financially stranded.
