🎉 A HISTORIC ACHIEVEMENT FOR KAWAZA PRIMARY SCHOOL! 🎉

Today, we celebrate a truly special milestone! For the first time ever, Kawaza Primary School has achieved a 100% PSLCE passing rate!🥳📚

All 35 learners who sat for the examinations — 14 boys and 21 girls — passed! Even more inspiring, 22 learners have been selected to secondary school, representing an impressive 62.8% selection rate.🎓👏

This achievement is a testament to what is possible when children are supported, teachers are empowered, parents are involved, and communities come together.

As Dorika Foundation, we are deeply grateful to everyone who continues to believe in and support our initiatives. To our donors, friends, partners, well-wishers, parents, teachers, community members and everyone who has contributed in one way or another — THANK YOU! ❤️

From providing school uniforms and learning materials to supporting learners and investing in the broader development of Kawaza Primary School, every contribution has played a part in creating an environment where our children can dream, learn and succeed.

This is not just a school achievement — it is a victory for our entire community.

Congratulations to the learners, teachers, parents and the entire Kawaza community!

The future is bright. Together, we are building it!💚💙

**A school uniform is never just a school uniform.**

When you sponsor a uniform through **Dorika Foundation**, you are doing far more than providing clothing for a child.

You are **opening the door to education** for a boy or girl who may have never imagined a brighter future. A uniform restores confidence, dignity, and a sense of belonging. It allows a child to walk into the classroom with pride, ready to learn and dream.

But the impact doesn't stop there.

You are **creating income for a vulnerable woman** who owns a tailoring business. Every uniform we commission provides meaningful work, helping her earn a living, support her family, and strengthen her own future.

You are also **supporting local businesses** by purchasing fabric and other materials from shops at **Kawaza Trading Centre**. Every purchase contributes to local entrepreneurship and keeps money circulating within the community.

This is what sustainable community development looks like. One act of kindness creates opportunities across an entire value chain—empowering children, supporting women, strengthening small businesses, and stimulating the local economy.

At Dorika Foundation, we believe that lasting change happens when communities grow together.

**Together, we are not just changing lives—we are building futures and transforming Kawaza, one uniform at a time.**

💚 **Together, we are making a difference.**

251 uniforms. 251 smiles. 251 futures inspired.

What started as a birthday wish became a life-changing reality. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our friends, family and supporters, 251 learners received brand-new school uniforms—201 at Kawaza Primary School and 50 at Bolero Primary School.

Together, we have restored dignity, boosted confidence, and given more children a reason to attend school with pride.

This is more than a uniform—it is hope, opportunity and a reminder that when a community comes together, lives are transformed.

Thank you for believing in the mission of Dorika Foundation. The impact continues. ❤️

Kawaza Primary School Has a New Team Kit!

We’re proud to share that Kawaza Primary School has received their football sports uniforms from Dorika Foundation — the next step of my birthday initiative after reaching our uniform target 🙌🏾

We started by dressing every learner in school uniform. But education isn’t just about the classroom.

Why sports? Why a uniform?
1. Teamwork & Discipline: Sports teaches children how to work together, follow rules, and never give up.
2. Health & Confidence: Playing football keeps learners active, healthy, and builds self-esteem.
3. Pride & Identity: A proper team kit gives them dignity on the field. When they wear the same jersey, they play as one and represent their school with pride.

It was necessary because no child should feel left out just because they don’t have proper gear. Now Kawaza’s boys and girls can step onto the field looking and feeling like champions.

To everyone who donated, shared, and supported Dorika Foundation’s initiatives — thank you. You didn’t just give clothes, you gave children a chance to learn, play, and dream bigger.

One uniform at a time. One goal at a time. Together we’re making a difference ❤️

From Uniforms to Desks — Let’s Make Kawaza a Model School

After proudly dressing *every learner at Kawaza Primary School with a uniform*, our next goal is to make the school even more attractive and comfortable for learners.

We believe Kawaza can be a *model school* — a place where children feel proud to learn and grow.

That’s why *Dorika Foundation is calling on development partners to support us with desks*.
Every learner deserves a comfortable seat to sit, write, and dream big. No child should learn sitting on the floor.

Let’s take the next step together.
If you or your organization would like to partner with us to provide desks for Kawaza Primary, please reach out to Dorika Foundation.

Uniforms opened the door. Now let’s give them a proper place to learn ❤️
