:_Tovwirane Peer Educators in Action at 2024 World AIDS Day in Zomba

Tovwirane Organization, under the banner of the Kuteteza Project led by Family Health Services (FHS), is actively participating in the ongoing 2024 World AIDS Day (WAD) commemoration in Zomba.

A team of 14 Peer Educators from institutions of higher learning is on the ground, taking up vital roles to ensure the event's success. The Peer Educators are passionately engaging in demand creation for condoms, encouraging participants to prioritize safe s*xual practices, and are efficiently facilitating condom distribution to attendees.

Additionally, they are playing key logistical roles as ushers and usherettes, contributing to the smooth flow of activities and supporting the event organizers. Their enthusiasm and dedication are making a tangible impact as they represent Tovwirane’s commitment to HIV prevention efforts.
