Taking PrEP is a powerful step in preventing HIV, but regular check-ups keep you informed, supported, and protected. Routine monitoring ensures everything is working as it should, so you can move forward with confidence.

Stay consistent, informed, and protected.

Foot Soldiers Engaging Policy for Better Health Services!

Meet the AHF Malawi Chinsapo Community Power Voices (CPVs) our community foot soldiers who are actively engaging policymakers and duty bearers to ensure that Chinsapo Health Centre has adequate and consistent supplies of essential medicines.

Through persistent community advocacy, the CPVs have already achieved an important milestone: Chinsapo Health Centre has secured a health facility code, a key step that is expected to enable the facility to receive increased allocations of medicines and other essential health commodities.

This is what community-led advocacy looks like communities identifying challenges, engaging decision-makers and demanding better services.

We celebrate this milestone and look forward to seeing the continued impact of the Chinsapo CPVs. Good job, our soldiers! Keep pushing, keep advocating, and keep making the community's voice heard.

Bringing HIV & STI Prevention Services Closer to the People!

At Mwansambo Market, AHF Malawi Community Power Voice (CPV) used a community-based, people-centred approach to take HIV and STI prevention information and services directly to market vendors, customers, and surrounding communities. The CPV engaged community members through condom education and promotion, HIV Testing Services (HTS), STI awareness, screening, diagnosis and treatment, while also providing Icon, Love, and Ministry of Health (MoH) condoms. This approach helped reduce barriers to accessing essential health information and services while encouraging early testing and treatment.
