YOUTHS FALLS IN LOVE WITH CASTLE OF DREAMERS
A number of youth clubs from within the areas of Senior chiefs Mazengera,
Chadza and Kalumbu have vowed to work tooth and nail in ensuring that they
give back to their communities through various projects aligned by a local non-
profit making organization called Castle of Dreamers.
This development follows recent youth mobilization campaign conducted by
Castle of Dreamers in a bid to identify the active youth clubs within its
catchment area.
Castle of Dreamers Organization Programs Manager Canaan Chazama has
commended the youths in these areas for showing much anticipated interest in
the projects his organization intends to embark on in the few next months.
Chazama further acknowledges the significance of indulging the youths’ in
various aspects of development citing the energetic and health generation
determines the future of every society.
Similary, Chairperson for Titukulane Youth club one of the youth clubs working
with Castle of Dreamers Sinoya Yona has emphasized the need for concerted
efforts in ensuring that the organization achieves its objectives in transforming
the lives of the youths in its catchment area.
Yona has however called upon the youths from Gondwa, Lemwe and
surrounding areas in Senior Chief Mazengera’s area to ally behind Castle of
Dreamers in implementing its projects.
Commenting on the same Executive Director for Castle of Dreamers Franklin
Chilomba has attributed the move as a sign of confidence the youths have in the
organization saying Castle of Dreamers has a voice of hope to many youths.
Chilomba continues to say Castle of Dreamers has finalized almost all paper
works as regards to the commencement of its first two projects in areas of
Senior Chief Chadza and Mazengera in Lilongwe rural east.
Meanwhile the Castle of Dreamers is working on revamping the dilapidated
youth club structures in its catchment area for full youth active participation in
its upcoming projects.
