Nditetezeni Coalition is the group of Local and International Organisation working in Malawi in different thematic areas in women, girls, youth and the elderly empowerment, who come together to promote women, girls and the elderly protection against Sexual Gender Based Violence (SGBVs) which include but not limited to R**e, Defilement, Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault and other Harmful Practices.
The Coalition was established as a resolution of the Social Justice campaign which was organized by the coalition members which started with Peaceful Social Justice Demonstration on the 31st October 2020 and 10 days online campaign to raise awareness on the increased SGBVs on women, girls, children and the elderly across the country and call for action. We are working together to ensure no one is left behind by utilizing the UN SDG 17 partnership in SDGs; 5. Peace & justice to complement the effort of Malawi Government to realize the 17 life-changing Global Goals also known as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) outlined by the UN in 2015 to be achieved by 2030.
