June is Infertility Awareness Month, and it's time to break the silence.

Infertility doesn't discriminate, it affects both women and men. From ovulation disorders and endometriosis to low s***m count and hormonal imbalances, the causes are medical, not personal failings.

Let's clear up a few myths:
🔹 Infertility is NOT always the woman's fault (about 40% of cases involve male factors)
🔹 It's NOT caused by stress, it's a real medical condition
🔹 Waiting years before seeking help isn't necessary, early evaluation matters

Most importantly, support matters. Listen without judgment, respect privacy, and remember that showing up with compassion means everything.

To anyone on this journey: You are not alone. You are not a failure. ❤️

Let's raise awareness, challenge stigma, and show love to those building their families with strength and hope.

Week after week, we keep sharing what matters. Here's another insight in our weekly series on smart choices and safer living.

Love smart. Play it safe.

At Angaza Foundation, we believe that protecting each other is one of the greatest acts of love. Whether it’s HIV, other STIs, or unplanned outcomes, smart choices lead to big, positive impacts on your life and the lives of those you care about.

All-round Protection – When used correctly and consistently, protection gives you over 90% defense against HIV and other STIs. That’s peace of mind for you and your partner.

Protect Each Other, Always – Love isn’t just about the moment; it’s about the commitment to safety. Follow instructions carefully, from proper use to safe disposal. Every step matters.

Better safe than sorry – One small, consistent choice can change everything. Smart decisions today protect your tomorrows.

Let’s end the virus by not letting it take any of us. Practicing safe s*x spreads love, not the virus.

Share this to remind someone that real love protects.

Living with HIV as a couple doesn't mean facing it alone—it means building a healthy, supportive team together.

At Angaza Foundation, we believe that small choices make a big impact on your life and your relationship. Here are 4 essential tips for navigating the journey together:

1️⃣ Open & Honest Communication: Talk freely about your status, feelings, and treatment. Trust grows when both partners stay transparent and supportive.

2️⃣ Stay Consistent with Treatment (ART): Regular ART can help the partner living with HIV become undetectable, protecting both partners and improving overall health.

3️⃣ Protect Each Other During Intimacy: Use protection consistently and follow medical guidance, such as PrEP for the HIV-negative partner when recommended.

4️⃣ Go for Regular Check-Ups Together: Routine clinic visits help you stay informed, adjust care early, and support each other.
Let’s continue to support one another and break the stigma! Swipe through to see each tip.
