During a vibrant exchange visit at Mnima village T/A salima, local leaders offered crucial insights and emphasized the importance of inclusive participation, ensuring youth from every village have a fair opportunity to acquire equal education, community leadership roles in order to champion poverty and enhance social-economic initiatives among young people living in rural communities.

Provided climate adaptation strategies and skills to women and young people from T/A Kambwiri in Salima district.
These women and youth learned how to make energy saving cooking stoves for use in their kitchens, how to create different types of manure which are crucial for restoring soil fertility in their farming field in order to increase their yields as the prices of organic fertilizers are rising dramatically.

Various women and youth groups have been equipped with skills on how to make different kinds of manure and energy-saving cooking stoves. These are climate adaptation strategies aimed at strengthening their resilience against climate change.

We conducted outreach mission to showcase our efforts of enhancing reproductive health outcomes among women and girls in salima T/A Maganga, whilst also promoting youth-friendly health services and community engagement.

This is a local based youth-lead network that focuses at improving the wellbeing of the youth, children and young mothers by providing a platform for youth networking, capacity growth and advocating for interventions that benefit marginalized groups in rural communities.
As one of its interventions, we humbley invite interested youth to join our network as to be operating fully fledged Early Childhood Development (ECD) initiative in salima district.

Qualifications!!Diploma/certificate in community development or relevant At least basic knowledge in working with less privileged groups in rural communities.Abillity to work in rural outreach areas
