We participated in sport's Association, Culture and creative Arts meeting on the allocation of 50 million kwacha under Constituency Development fund.

The meeting attracted various stakeholders in sport's and creative/innovation industry.

For FOBEC we will focus much on sharing information on Creative and innovation fund which is k20 million representing 40 percent of the 50 million kwacha allocation to make sure that everyone eligible for the fund across the district benefits from it.

Follow Rumphi Entertainment Awards -REA page where some of the updates shall be shared.

For the youths, this is our opportunity let's utilize it.

🩸Periods are natural. Pain, shame and silence shouldn’t be.

🌸 Did you know? Around 2.1 billion women and girls worldwide menstruate, yet many still face stigma, misinformation and barriers to care.

Here are some important facts:

✅ More than 2 in 3 women and girls experience period pain.
✅ Heavy periods can lead to iron deficiency and anaemia.
✅ Around 500 million people lack access to menstrual products, clean water or safe facilities to manage their periods with dignity.

Seek medical advice if your periods are:

🔹 Extremely painful
🔹 Very heavy
🔹 Irregular or absent
🔹 Affecting your school, work or daily life

Remember:

➡️ Periods are not dirty.
➡️ Periods are not shameful.
➡️ And severe pain is not something you simply have to live with.

🤝✨ Let’s talk openly, support one another and make sure everyone can manage their periods safely, comfortably and with dignity.
