CEWOGE through its Women Economic Empowerment Projects continues to train women in various communities in Malawi. Here women from Mpingwe Blantyre have been trained on how to make sausages for small scale business ventures.

Through the hands on training, women were grateful to fully understand the procedures involved.

CEWOGE has embarked on a project of economically empowering community women in Mpingwe, Blantyre, Malawi where 500 women will benefit from the "Friends in Development Program". The program engages the community to take part in community development. Women are engaged to be on the lead of making sure they are fully part of development programs taking place in the community.

The tranings started on Saturday 8th of March, 2025 and will run the whole month of March with graduation on 5th April, 2025. The women are being trained in Soap Making, Baking, Sauce Making, Tailoring and other industrious small business ventures.
