We create arts (WECART) was founded in December 2016 by Florence chilanga with an aim of eradicating poverty, unearthing, improving and promoting the untapped talents/skills of youths who lack opportunities and technical or financial support to bring out their gifted artistic talents,access and delivery of quality developmental services for the less privileged rural and urban persons in the area of operation. The group accommodates drama, traditional and modern dances, comedies, music, poetry and many other artistic and creative skills that we utilised to enhance social change among others.
Our mission is to see Malawian youths and women with innovative ideas, who are accountable and responsible for their own good, and that of the nation
