The heart remained under observation after yesterday’s procedure.
📈 Vital signs were stable.
🫀Circulation improving.

But today’s scan revealed something more dangerous.

A hidden fracture between the tongue and the heart.

The operating room is prepared once more.

Today’s case: Nifaaq (Hypocrisy).

Hypocrisy is dangerous because it wears the clothing of faith while hiding illness beneath it.

It appears in:

- words that sound righteous but lack sincerity

- promises made without intention to fulfill them

- speech that tells lies

- preaching what you do not practice yourself

Even the companions feared it within themselves.
Umar ibn al-Khattab used to ask Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman, the keeper of the Prophet’s secret list of hypocrites, if his name was among them.

Allah ﷻ warns:
“O you who believe, why do you say what you do not do?
⚠️*It is greatly hateful in the sight of Allah that you say what you do not do.”*
— Qur'an (61:2–3)

Target the root of hypocrisy: the split between what the tongue says and what the heart intends.

If you promise, fulfill it.
If you claim faith, live it.
If you advise others, begin with yourself.

Previously, the heart was purged of pride.
The sterile field is ready again today.
The operating room is clean.

Tonight, the scalpel moves to the next disease: envy.

The Prophet ﷺ warned:

“The disease of the nations before you has crept up upon you: envy and hatred. It is the shaver - I do not say it shaves hair, but it shaves away faith.”

Envy is subtle.
It hides in comparisons, in wishing for what others have, in dissatisfaction with what Allah gave you.

Tonight, we extract envy tissue by supplicating for our brothers/sisters what we supplicate for ourselves.

✅ Heart circulation improving

```Long before revelation descended…

before the message that would change the world…

there was a quiet moment beneath the open sky 🌌

A young boy stood among the children.

Then the unseen arrived.

His chest was opened.

His heart was taken… and washed of what did not belong there.

Purified.

Returned.

Prepared.

Because the heart that would carry the light of guidance

had to be free of every darkness 🌑

And perhaps that is where every journey back to Allah begins…✨

with the purification of the heart 🤍```

🔪🩺 Tomorrow, the surgeon returns, ready to detect and remove the next disease hiding within the heart 🫀

The operating room is now sterile.

The surgical team is ready.

Today, the surgery begins.

The scalpel is lifted for the first incision.

And the first disease we confront is one of the most dangerous conditions of the heart: Pride.

It was pride that caused the fall of Iblis when he refused the command of Allah.

It was pride that made him say:

“I am better than him.”

Pride is subtle.

It hides in the way we speak.
The way we judge others.
The way we silently believe we are better.

Better in knowledge. Better in worship. Better in status.

But a heart filled with pride cannot fully submit.

And today, the surgeon removes it.

Yesterday, we ran the scans.

The diseases of the heart revealed themselves.

But no surgeon moves from diagnosis straight to surgery.

Before the first incision is made, the surgical team scrubs in.

Hands washed. Tools sterilized.
The operating room becomes a sterile field.

Why?
Because even a small contamination can ruin the entire operation.

Today, we do the same for the heart: purify our intentions.

The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Actions are judged by intentions.”

Today, we ask ourselves:
Why do I pray? Why do I fast? Why do I study?

Is it for Him alone?

Or have traces of Riya (showing off) contaminated the heart?

Today, we scrub the heart clean. Not with soap and water, but with sincerity.

> Scrubbing In:Spend these 10–15 minutes before Iftaat renewing your intentions for fasting.

Whisper quietly:
“O Allah, I do this for You and for You alone.”

Many of you swiped to enter the operating room for the Emergency Heart Surgery🫀🩺

But before any surgery can begin, a diagnosis must be made.

And before a diagnosis, there must be investigation.

🥼🩻 No surgeon picks up a scalpel without first running tests, studying scans, and identifying the disease.

Tonight, we begin the investigation.

We place the heart under the scanner.
We run the tests.
We look carefully for the diseases of the heart:

Pride.
Envy.
Insincerity.
Attachment to this dunya.

Tonight is the diagnostic stage.

> *Scanner in Action*: Spend 15 minutes in self-reflection and write down one thing that is currently preventing you from closeness to Allah ﷻ.

Today's Heart Shift
♡ Move from self-righteousness to mercy ♡

When we see someone sinning publicly, our ego may push us to think:
“I would never do that.”

But a believer trains the heart to respond differently.

Instead, pause and make a sincere duʿā:

> “O Allah, protect me from falling into the same sin, and guide them to what pleases You.”

✨ Protects your heart from arrogance: remembering that guidance comes only from Allah.

✨ Builds humility: nyone can fall into sin without Allah’s protection.

✨ Increases mercy toward others: you start wishing guidance instead of punishment.

✨ Turns a negative moment into worship: your reaction becomes a duʿā.

There’s a related teaching narrated from Muhammad ﷺ that whoever conceals the faults of a believer, Allah will conceal their faults in this world and the Hereafter.

This reminds us that believers are meant to cover, pray, and guide, not shame.

♡ Move from distraction to presence ♡

Sit alone for 10 minutes ⏳. No phone 📵, no noise 🔕. Just you and Allah 🤍
Notice where your heart runs when nothing is pulling it 💭

Gently call it back to Him 🤍

This kind of short pause can be very powerful ✨. Often when we remove distractions, we discover what truly occupies our hearts: worries, plans, memories, or desires 💭🌙. The act of *bringing the heart back to Allah again and again is itself a form of worship* 🤍🍃✨

As we gather tonight for our **Ramadhan Spiritual Night** 🌙🕌 in the masjid, let's use this as the perfect moment to disconnect from distractions 📵 and reconnect our hearts with Allah 🤍✨

Today's Heart Shift 🌙✨

♡ Move from following your desires 💭 → to following Allah’s command 📿 ♡

Our nafs often pushes us toward what is easy or pleasing in the moment 😌, but Allah’s guidance 🕊️ leads us to what is truly better for our soul 🤍

Today, try to pause ⏸️ and ask yourself:
“Is this what I want, or what Allah wants from me?” 💭

It could be something small 🌱:

You feel lazy 😴, but you get up for Fajr 🌅🤲

You want to argue back 🗣️, but you choose patience 🧘‍♀️🤍

You feel tempted to sin ⚠️, but you remember Allah 📿 and step away 🚶‍♀️

In each moment like this ✨, the heart shifts from
“What do I want?” ❓
to
“What does Allah want from me?” 🤲

“Will this choice bring me closer to Jannah 🌸 or further from it?” 💭

Let that reflection guide you 🕊️ to choose Allah’s command over your desires 🤍

And every time we choose Allah over our desires, our hearts grow stronger in Imaan 🌱🤍✨
