As part of Breaking Barriers: Inclusive Sports for Youth Empowerment, our next event is just around the corner — Kayaking & Paddle Boat Fun!

We’re bringing young people together for a morning of exploration, movement, and connection. Expect:

new project:

Enhanced Mental Health Skills Exchange (EMHS Exchange)

A two‑part Youth Exchange between Ireland, Malta and Italy designed to strengthen young people’s emotional wellbeing, coping skills and intercultural understanding. The project brings together 24 young people aged 14–17, most of whom face mental health challenges, socio‑economic barriers, additional needs or rural isolation. The exchange is delivered through two mobilities: a creative, outdoor‑based programme in Italy and a structured mental‑health skills programme in Ireland.

Rope Bridge Adventure — Completed! 🌉💛
What an incredible morning with our Breaking Barriers participants!
Our Rope Bridge activity brought young people together for movement, teamwork, and plenty of laughter.

Everyone showed great courage and cooperation as they tackled rope‑related challenges, games, and team tasks. The atmosphere was full of support, inclusion, and pure positive energy — exactly what this project is all about 🤝✨

A huge well done to all participants and leaders who made the activity safe, fun, and memorable.

We are proud to continue strengthening our work with young people through the acquisition of essential new resources — including uniforms and PPE for our youth volunteers, ensuring they are fully equipped to carry out their duties safely, confidently and professionally.

This investment allows us to offer more engaging, inclusive and supportive sessions for all participants.
