📢 On the International Coming Out Day, we raise awareness about the importance of coming out, challenge stereotypes and prejudices, and promote acceptance and inclusion.

➡️ The NCPE plays a pivotal role not only in creating awareness-raising campaigns but also in investigating complaints of alleged discrimination on the grounds of s*xual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or s*x characteristics in various sectors, including employment, education, vocational training, and financial institutions.
