ACCREDITATION OF NEW EMPLOYERS
Are you a new employer in Italy, Malta, Albania, San Marino and Vatican planning to hire Filipino workers?
Here’s a quick guide to the MWO Rome verification process for accreditation of new Principals/Employers.
📋 THE 4-STEP PROCESS
🔵 STEP 1 — INITIAL VERIFICATION
📄 Compile all required documents into ONE PDF file and submit them to MWO Rome for initial review.

🔵 STEP 2 — EMPLOYER INTERVIEW
👤 After the initial review, the Labor Attaché will schedule an interview with the Employer or Authorized Representative.
💻 The interview may be conducted personally or through Whatsapp.
⏱️ Approximately 30 minutes, subject to the soonest available schedule.
🏢 For employers hiring more than 10 Filipino workers:
The Labor Attaché may also conduct an ocular inspection of the workplace and accommodation, when applicable.
🔵 STEP 3 — SUBMISSION & PAYMENT
📑 Submit the original documents + 2 additional copies.
💶 Pay the applicable verification and authentication fees.
📦 Submission may be done personally or through courier.
💳 Payment may be made personally by cash or through bank transfer.
⚠️ Please do NOT send payment together with the documents.
🔵 STEP 4 — PICK-UP
📩 MWO Rome will notify you by email once the verified documents are ready
📦 Documents may be picked up personally or through a courier.
✅ WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once MWO Rome verification is completed, the verified documents should be processed with the appropriate DMW offices in the Philippines.
🤝 Please coordinate with your Philippine Recruitment Agency (PRA) or, for direct hires, your recruited Filipino worker, to submit the relevant documents to the DMW.
