🌟 Promoting Awareness and Well-Being: Drug Awareness Sessions with Our Operatives 🌟

On Saturday, 14 March 2026, as part of our ongoing commitment to employee well-being and workplace safety, Team Kalis Foundation organised a series of drug awareness sessions for our operatives at UTM.

These sessions, conducted in collaboration with the ADSU team, aimed at sensitising our employees across the group on the risks and consequences associated with all types of drug use. Beyond awareness, the discussions emphasised responsible decision-making, healthy lifestyle choices, and the importance of maintaining a safe and supportive work environment.

I strongly believe initiatives like these are vital in fostering a culture of prevention, awareness, and resilience among our teams, particularly our frontline operatives who play a pivotal role in our operations. By equipping them with knowledge and guidance, we strengthen not only their personal well-being but also the overall safety and integrity of the organisation.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the ADSU team for their expertise and professionalism in delivering these impactful sessions. I also commend our operatives for their engagement and openness, which contributed greatly to the success of this initiative.

Empowering Women, Inspiring Hope 🌸💜

On the occasion of International Women's Day, we also took a moment to reflect on women who are going through difficult moments in life. At Kalis Foundation, we believe that this day is not only about celebrating achievements, but also about extending support, compassion, and hope to those who need it the most.

As part of this meaningful initiative, we had the privilege of visiting the women at SOS Femmes in Coromandel, along with their children. Our aim was simply to bring a small smile and share a moment of warmth with them. It was a truly humbling experience to meet such courageous women who, despite the challenges and hardships they have faced, continue to show remarkable strength and resilience. 🤝✨

As women, we can deeply understand the pain, struggles, and emotional battles that many of these women are facing. Yet, we firmly believe that with the right support, encouragement, and opportunities, they will find the strength to rebuild their lives and move forward with confidence and dignity — not only for themselves but also for their children. 🌷

On this International Women's Day, let us continue to stand together, support one another, and uplift every woman around us. Every act of kindness, no matter how small, can make a a meaningful difference in someone’s life. 💫

🌿 Drug Awareness Talk – Keep Clean Operatives

On 24 February 2026, Kalis Foundation organised a “Talk on Drugs” awareness session for the operatives of Keep Clean at CEB St Louis.

This initiative reflects the Foundation’s continued commitment to promoting employee well-being, responsible behaviour, and a safe working environment. The session aimed at raising awareness on the dangers of drug abuse, highlighting its impact on personal health, workplace safety, and overall social development.

The discussion also provided an opportunity to engage with the operatives, share valuable information, and reinforce the importance of maintaining positive and healthy lifestyle choices.

The Foundation extends its sincere appreciation to the management of CEB St Louis for kindly granting access to their messroom to host this important session.

🌿✨ Starting 2026 with movement, connection, and positivity! ✨🌿

After resuming work for our very first week of 2026, we chose to end our Friday afternoon on an energising and refreshing note — with a wonderful team walk at Montagne des Signaux 🏞️👟

Taking time to step away from our desks, enjoy nature 🌳, and move together reminded us how important wellbeing is, both physically and mentally 💚. The smiles, conversations, and shared effort made the experience even more rewarding 🤝😊

💪 Yes, we proudly completed at least 800 metres — a great start for our first edition! And this is only the beginning… we’re already motivated and excited to climb even more during our second edition ⛰️🔥

Because a healthy team is a happy team — and small steps taken together lead to big impact 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️✨

🎉 An Afternoon of Joy: Gifts for Children & Time with the Elderly ☕🎁💖

As a proud member of Kalis Foundation, it gives me immense pleasure to share that on 29th December 2025, we had the privilege of spending a meaningful afternoon with our community. We distributed gifts to children 🎁👶 and shared a warm, engaging afternoon with our elderly friends 👵🧓.

The afternoon was filled with smiles 😄, laughter 😂, and heartfelt interactions 💛. Seeing the children’s excitement ✨ and exchanging stories with our elderly reminded us of the importance of empathy, care, and giving back to the community 🌟.

A sincere thank you to everyone who contributed 🙏. Your support helped create memorable moments of joy, connection, and togetherness 🤝 that will be cherished by all.
