由澳門旅遊學院旅遊會展及節目管理系二年級學生籌辦的“第三屆澳門慢食文化頒獎典禮2012”系列活動將於2012年11月22日於澳門旅遊學院舉行。本次慢食文化節由“2012澳門慢食文化嘉年華”與“第三屆澳門慢食文化頒獎典禮暨周年晚宴2012”組成。
慢食文化常識
在現今的社會上，每個人都奉行著快速的生活模式，繁忙的都市人並沒有多餘的時間停下來好好品嚐食物和享受用膳的過程。一方面，他們不願意花過多的時間去追尋食物的來源和細究食物的製造過程；另一方面，他們經常忽略食物背後的意義。人們每每習慣把食物"照單全收"，滿足口腹之慾。對他們而言，只要食物令他們有飽滿的感覺，同時又不失美感和味道便可以。在這種快速文化的渲染下，人們卻忽略了飲食的質素。
為了改善這種不良的“速食文化”，一個非謀利的國際飲食組織"慢食文化"於1989年創立，希望藉此宣揚慢食文化 (崇尚自然、健康、衛生的飲食方式和飲食態度)，
為世界各地保留一些獨有的飲食文化，並確保這些珍貴的傳統特色得以代代相傳。透過慢食文化的宣揚，可讓大家學習到尊重傳統飲食、珍惜食材、欣賞廚師的烹調技術，以及享受健康的飲食生活。到現時為止，“慢食文化”已有超過十萬名來自世界上132個不同國家的會員。
“The 3rd Macau Slow Food Awards 2012” organized by the current IFT Year 2 students majoring in Tourism Event Management is going to be held on the 22nd of November 2012. There will be two episodes included: "The Macau Slow Food Carnival 2012" and "The 3rd Macau Slow Food Awards and Gala Dinner 2012"
Slow Food Culture
Nowadays, most people live tightly; the busy workforces have no time to enjoy a meal. Moreover, they often ignore the true meaning of having a meal and they just satisfy their stomach, not their soul. Under this fast food living style, more and more people are mistaking the meaning of eating. Therefore, in order to fight against the fast food living style, a not-for-profit organization “Slow Food” was established in 1989, aimed at spreading the slow food culture - good, clean and fair food. This movement continues to advocate the right eating culture, and make sure this culture passes from generation to generation. By promoting slow food, we learn to respect the right attitude towards eating, treasure the food we have and appreciate the production process. Till now, there are more than hundred thousand members from 132 countries in the “Slow Food Movement”.
