本次活動是由澳門廚藝協會和旅遊學院廚藝管理二年級學生共同舉辦，目的是籲社會各界關注澳門弱勢兒童及青少年的發展推動市民關心社會公益事業。本次活動時間為2015年4月25日晚上五時到九時，地點：海洋會所---海洋閣餐廳，燒烤晚會以「2015聯合慈善燒烤之森夜派對」為主題，約250張入場門票將會提前發售，並會邀請約數位來自不同慈善機構及贊助商組織的代表參與是次活動。現場設有燒烤美食，精彩表演，抽獎活動及其他節目。本次活動所得收益扣除成本後將會全數捐獻給以下三間澳門的慈善機構：澳門明愛主教山孤兒院、恩慈院兒童之家和希望之泉。
This event will be held by Macau Culinary Association and Institute for Tourism Studies Culinary Arts Management Year 2 students. The pu
rpose is to spread awareness of social welfare inequities for underprivileged children in Macau. We aim to provide our guests with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the organizations whose main purpose are to offer orphaned children a place of refuge and care. The date of the event will be held 25April 2015 at Ocean Gardens ---Ocean Club Coffee House.The barbecue dinner will begin at 17:00. The event with a projected 250 guests will have an opportunity to meet with representatives from the chosen charities while enjoying a barbecue style dinner, including drinks, entertainment, and an opportunity to win prizes through a lucky draw.All profits from the event will be donated to Lar De Nossa Senhora Da Penha , ECF Fellowship Orphanage Inc. and Cradle of Hope Association---Fountain of Hope .
