👨‍🍳 Chef Thierry Drapeau – A master of “floral cuisine,” Chef Thierry held 2 Michelin stars for 9 consecutive years in France. Today, he continues his philosophy of purity and terroir as Executive Chef at 1 Michelin star Signature Bangkok.

👨‍🍳Chef Jeremy Gillon – Known for bold creativity and deep respect for ingredients, Chef Jeremy crafts cuisine that balances innovation with soulful authenticity, delivering memorable dining experiences across international kitchens.

👨‍🍳Chef Võ Thành Vương – Top Chef Vietnam 2019 and proud member of the team behind CoCo Dining’s first Michelin star in 2025. Chef Vương embodies the story of Vietnamese gastronomy, honoring local roots while pushing boundaries to bring Vietnam’s culinary identity to the world.

👨‍🍳Chef Shozo Tsuruhara (Soshi) – Founder of FUME – Japanese Modern Cuisine in Saigon, Chef Shozo brings nearly 20 years of global experience (Japan, Singapore, Canada, Vietnam). His dishes bridge Japanese tradition and modern innovation, inspiring a new generation of chefs.
