ရှေ့လာမယ့် ၃၀ ရက်နေ့ (တနင်္ဂနွေနေ့) မှာ ဆရာပြည့်ဖြိုးသာ မှ ဦးဆောင်ဆွေးနွေးမျှဝေပေးသွားမယ့် စကားဝိုင်းဆွေးနွေးပွဲအတွက် စိတ်ပါဝင်စားကြတဲ့သူတွေအတွက် တင်ကြိုစာရင်းပေးသွင်းပေးကြဖို့ ထပ်မံဖိတ်ခေါ်ချင်ပါတယ်။

ဒီစကားဝိုင်းမှာဆိုရင် “The Arts as Human Rights Practice” ဆိုတဲ့ ခေါင်းစဉ်နဲ့ အနုပညာနဲ့ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးတို့ရဲ့ ဆက်စပ်မှုကို အတူတကွ မေးခွန်းထုတ်ပြီး စဉ်းစားဆွေးနွေးသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

အနုပညာဆိုတာ ကြည့်ရှုခံစားဖို့အတွက်ပဲလား။ ဒါမှမဟုတ် မတရားမှုတွေကို ဖော်ထုတ်ဖို့၊ လူတွေရဲ့အသံကို ထင်ဟပ်ဖော်ပြဖို့နဲ့ အပြောင်းအလဲတစ်ခုကို ဖန်တီးဖို့အတွက်ပါ အစွမ်းထက်တဲ့ နည်းလမ်းတစ်ခု ဖြစ်လာနိုင်မလား။

ပန်းချီ၊ ရုပ်ရှင်၊ စာပေ၊ ဂီတနဲ့ အခြားဖန်တီးမှုတွေဟာ မတရားမှုတွေကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်ရုံသာမက အာဏာကို မေးခွန်းထုတ်ဖို့၊ လူထုရဲ့အသံကို ဖော်ထုတ်ဖို့၊ စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်မှုကို တည်ဆောက်ဖို့နဲ့ မျှော်လင့်ချက်ရှိတဲ့ အနာဂတ်တွေကို စိတ်ကူးပုံဖော်ဖို့ ဘယ်လိုအခန်းကဏ္ဍကနေ ပါဝင်နိုင်သလဲဆိုတာကို ဆွေးနွေးသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

မင်္ဂလာပါ...။ Access to Education - Myanmar ရဲ့ ဒီတခေါက် Talk Series ကိုတော့ “The Arts as Human Rights Practice” ဆိုတဲ့ ခေါင်းစဉ်နဲ့ အနုပညာနဲ့ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးတို့ရဲ့ ဆက်စပ်မှုကို အတူတကွ မေးခွန်းထုတ်ပြီး စဉ်းစားဆွေးနွေးသွားကြမှာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ ပုံမှန်လူနေမှုဘဝမှာ လူ့အခွင့်အရေး ချိုးဖောက်မှုတွေကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်ဖို့၊ ဖြစ်ရပ်တွေကို သက်သေပြဖို့နဲ့ အပြောင်းအလဲတွေ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာဖို့အတွက် ဥပဒေ၊ မူဝါဒနဲ့ အစီရင်ခံစာတွေကို အဓိကထား အသုံးပြုကြတာကို အားလုံးသိထားပြီးသားဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒီအကြောင်းအရာတွေကို ဦးဆောင်ဆွေးနွေးပေးသွားမှာကတော့ Bard College မှ MA in Human Rights and the Arts ဘွဲ့ ရရှိထားသူ ဆရာ ကိုပြည့်ဖြိုးသာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဆရာ ကိုပြည့်ဖြိုးသာ ဟာ လူ့အခွင့်အရေး၊ အနုပညာနဲ့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ လူမှုနိုင်ငံရေး လှုပ်ရှားမှု နယ်ပယ်မှာတွေမှာ ထဲထဲဝင်ဝင် ပါဝင်ပြီး သုတေသနပြုနေသူတစ်ဦးပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။လက်ရှိမှာတော့ နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေးအတွင်း အနုပညာနဲ့ လူတွေရဲ့ ခံစားချက်တွေက လူမှုနိုင်ငံရေးလှုပ်ရှားမှုတွေအပေါ် ဘယ်လိုသက်ရောက်မှုရှိခဲ့သလဲဆိုတာကို ဆက်လက်လေ့လာနေသူ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Meet Our Mentor

We are pleased to introduce our next mentor, Tr. Nang Te Phyu (Jwee), an education professional with extensive experience in teaching, curriculum development, teacher training, and educational leadership. She holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Asia-Pacific International University. Her expertise includes effective teaching methodologies, curriculum design, educational leadership, and supporting educators to enhance teaching and learning.

Interactive Individual Mentoring Sessions at our Learning and Mentorship Program (LMP) offer specific face-to-face mentorship sessions for selected participants. The majority of mentors in our program have at least five years of professional experience in nonprofit, private, academic, and international settings. Many of our mentors are graduates or scholarship recipients from leading universities in countries such as the USA, UK, Australia, Germany, Thailand, and others. Students in the program meet with their assigned mentors every two weeks to receive personalized guidance for their academic, personal, and professional development.

Meet Our Mentor

We would like to introduce our next mentor, Alexandra (Alex) Di**le, a higher education and student advising professional with experience in academic advising, English language support, and university application guidance. She holds an undergraduate degree in International Relations and Middle Eastern Studies at Tufts University, USA, where she also completed minors in Child Study and Human Development and Arabic.

She previously served as an Academic Advisor at Parami University in Chiang Mai for two years and is currently a Pre-Undergraduate Teaching Fellow at the Asian University for Women in Bangladesh. Her expertise includes English language support, personal statement and CV reviews, interview preparation, academic writing, and scholarship application guidance. She has also worked with students in India, Greece, Jordan, and the United States, supporting young people from diverse backgrounds to pursue higher education and scholarship opportunities.

Interactive Individual Mentoring Sessions at our Learning and Mentorship Program (LMP) offer specific face-to-face mentorship sessions for selected participants. The majority of mentors in our program have at least five years of work experience in non-profit, private, professional, and academic settings in both Myanmar and international contexts. Besides, many of our mentors are scholarship recipients in graduate-level education in different countries such as the USA, the UK, Australia, Germany, Thailand, and others. The program’s students are required to schedule and meet biweekly with their assigned mentors to discuss and support their professional and academic growth.

We are pleased to introduce our next mentor, Navya Rowan Mohan, who is a higher education and student advising professional with experience in academic advising, peer counseling, and student development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Public Policy from the University of Maryland, USA (2024), with a focus on education policy and equity.

She has also been actively supporting students in their academic, personal, and professional development through academic advising, career preparation, and goal setting. Her expertise includes resume and cover letter reviews, mentorship, student support, and helping young people explore educational and career opportunities while promoting well-being, leadership, and lifelong learning.

Interactive Individual Mentoring Sessions at our Learning and Mentorship Program (LMP) offer specific face-to-face mentorship sessions for selected participants. She holds a Master of Science in Development Planning, Management and Innovation from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand (2026), supported by the AIT and Prospect Burma Scholarship.

She has been actively engaged in educational program coordination, financial management, and youth empowerment initiatives, supporting students in their academic, personal, and career development journeys. Her expertise includes leadership development, project management, community development, and connecting learners with educational and professional opportunities.

As part of the Learning and Mentorship Program (LMP), this Interactive Individual Mentoring Session is designed to offer face-to-face mentorship and support for selected participants. The majority of mentors in our program have at least five years of working experience in non-profit, private professional, and academic settings in both the Myanmar and international contexts.
