The RPEA Head Office team has successfully completed its field visit to Mandalay Region.
Head of Organisation and Program Analyst cm Capacity Focal Person from RPEA Head Office visited Ngalon Gone Village in Kyaukse Township and held meetings with community members.
During the village meeting, they discussed:
✅ Current situation of the village
✅ Ongoing project activities
✅ Achievements and successes
✅ Further needs and requirements for continued support
Following the village visit, the team held separate meetings with field-based staff from Kyaukse, Tharsi, and Yamethin Townships to discuss:
✅ Work experiences and lessons learned
✅ Challenges faced in the field
✅ Recommendations for future project implementation
Additionally, the team gathered information on staff capacity building needs and discussed strategies for more effective coordination between the head office and field offices.
