Mines Advisory Group (MAG) သည္ လူသားခ်င္းစာနာေသာ Mine Action အဖြဲ႕အစည္း တစ္ခုျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ကမၻာတစ္ဝွမ္းတြင္ ပဋိပကၡမ်ား၏ သက္ေရာက္မွဳ ခံစားေနၾကရေသာ လူသားမ်ားအား မိုင္းအႏၲရာယ္ အသိပညာေပးျခင္းႏွင့္အတူ ေျမျမွဳပ္မိုင္းမ်ားနွင့္ အျခားစစ္က်န္ပစၥည္းမ်ား ရွင္းလင္းေပးျခင္း လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားအား ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးေနပါသည္။ နိုင္ငံေပါင္း ၆၈ နိုင္ငံတြင္ရွိသည္႔ လူ ၁၈ သန္းေက်ာ္အား စစ္ပြဲမ်ား ျပီးဆံုးျပီးေနာက္ပိုင္း ၄င္းတို႔၏ အသက္ေမြးဝမ္းေက်ာင္းနွင့္ လူမွဳဘဝမ်ား ျပန္လည္ထူေထာင္နိုင္ရန္ ၁၉၈၉ ခုႏွစ္ကထဲက ကူညီေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးေနခဲ့ၾကျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။ ျမန္မာနိုင္ငံတြင္ ကၽြန္ပ္တို႔၏ အဓိက ဦးတည္ရာသည္ ေဘးအႏၲရာယ္ၾကားထဲတြင္ ေနထိုင္ေနၾကရေသာ လူအုပ္စုမ်ားအား မိုင္းအႏၲရာယ္ အသိပညာေပးျခင္း၊ ေျမျမွဳပ္မိုင္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ေပါက္ကြဲေစေသာ စစ္က်န္ပစၥည္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္သည္႔ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ား ေကာက္ယူျခင္း ႏွင့္ မိုင္းရွင္းလင္းျခင္းလုပ္ငန္း ေဆာင္ရြက္နိုင္ေရး ေထာက္ခံမွဳ ရရွိရန္ စည္းရံုးေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း တို႔ပင္ျဖစ္သည္။

Mines Advisory Group (MAG) is a humanitarian mine action organisation. Globally, we provide clearance of landmines and other remnants of war and risk education to communities affected by conflict. Since 1989, we have helped over 18 million people in 68 countries rebuild their lives and livelihoods after war. In Myanmar, our primary focus is to provide risk education to communities at risk, surveying of landmines and unexploded ordnance (UXOs) and advocacy for clearance of landmines.
