(၂၀၂၆) ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ (၂၅) ရက်တွင် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည့် NONBattle Vol.3 နှင့် ပတ်သတ်၍ Artis - Hood မှ တရားဝင်ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာချက်။
Artis - Hood သည် ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်မှစ၍ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် Beatbox community နှင့်ပတ်သတ်သည့် Activity များဖြစ်သော Workshop, Session, Gathering နှင့် Battle များအပြင် International Beatboxer တို့ခေါ်ယူကာ Beatbox industry အတွက် အပြုသဘောဆောင်သော လုပ်ရပ်များကို အားစိုက်ဆောင်ရွက်နေသော အဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါသည်။ Artis - Hood ၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်မှာ Beatbox community ၏ capacity building, skill development, collaboration, production of artwork, exchange and sustainability တို့ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ယခု NONBattle vol.3 တွင် Artis - Hood ၏ အခန်းကဏ္ဍမှာ ပွဲစီစဉ်ခြင်း၊ Management, Operations, Communications, MC တို့သာဖြစ်ပြီး အမှတ်ပေးခြင်းကဏ္ဍတွင် လုံးဝ မပါဝင်ပါ။ 7 to Smoke Category ၏ voting system တွင် Artis - Hood မှ ဝင်ရောက်အမှတ်ပေးခဲ့ခြင်း လုံးဝ မရှိခဲ့ပါ။
၁။ Asher, Karim, AJ တို့သည် 1 vs 1 Category Judge အနေဖြင့်ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် စရံငွေ တစ်ဝက် Asher, Karim နှင့် AJ အသီးသီးကြိုယူထားပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။ MC အနေဖြင့် Solo-K သည်လည်း စရံငွေတစ်ဝက် Kpay ဖြင့် အသီးသီး ကြိုတောင်း၍ ပေးထားပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အလုပ်သဘောအရ ပွဲပြီးသည်အထိ ဆောင်ရွက်ပါက ကျန်သော ၅၀% အားပေးချေမည်ဟု နှစ်ဦးသဘောတူညီမှုရယူထားကြပါသည်။ သို့ရာတွင် Asher, Karim, AJ and Solo-K တို့သည် ပွဲစဥ်ပြီးမြောက်သည်အထိဆက်လက်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်းမရှိခဲ့ပါ။
၂။ 1 vs 1 Category preliminary round အပြီးတွင် 7 to Smoke Category စတင်ပါသည်။ ပြိုင်ပွဲပုံစံမှာ ၈ ယောက်ပြိုင်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ၁ နာရီအတွင်း အမှတ်အများဆုံး သို့မဟုတ် အမှတ် ၇ မှတ်ရသည့်သူသည် အနိုင်ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ Voting system အကြောင်းအား ပြိုင်ပွဲမတိုင်ခင်ကြိုကြေညာထားခဲ့ပြီး ပြိုင်ပွဲဝင်များအားလုံး သိရှိလက်ခံထားကြကာ Voting system အား နားလည်သဘောပေါက်ပြီး လက်ခံ၍ ပြိုင်ဆိုင်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ Judge မရှိဘဲ voting system ဖြင့်သွားထားသော 7 to Smoke category ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ မိနစ် ၃၀ အကြာ Asher နှင့် B-fly round တွင် voting system (B-fly 3 points and Asher 2 points) အရ Asher ရှုံး၍ B-fly တစ်မှတ်ရခဲ့ပါသည်။ Voting ကို မကျေနပ်၍ Asher, Karim, AJ, Solo-K အပါအဝင် အခြားသော ပြိုင်ပွဲဝင်များ ပြိုင်ပွဲမှ ထွက်ခွါခဲ့ပါသည်။ Artis - Hood member များဖြစ်သော Zang နှင့် Curio သည် Asher နှင့် B-fly အား ကိုယ်စီဆုံးဖြတ်ပိုင်ခွင့်ဖြင့် vote ခဲ့ကြပြီး Zang မှ Asher ကို လည်းကောင်း ၊ Curio မှ B-Fly ကို လည်းကောင်း အသီးသီးလွတ်လပ်စွာ ဆန္ဒမဲပေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် Asher အပါအဝင် ကျန်သောပါဝင်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်ခဲ့သူ တစ်ယောက်ချင်းစီတိုင်းသည်လည်း မိမိဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်နှင့်သာ voting ပေးခဲ့ကြသည်။ ထိုဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များတွင်သာမက ကျန်သော ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များတွင်လည်း Artis - Hood မှ ဝင်ရောက်စွက်ဖက်ခြင်း မရှိခဲ့သည့်အပြင် ပြိုင်ပွဲမစတင်ခင် judge များပါဝင်သော briefing meeting တွင်လဲ အတိအလင်းရှင်းပြခဲ့ပါသည်။ ပြိုင်ပွဲမတိုင်ခင် voting system နှင့်ပတ်သတ်၍ Artis - Hood ဘက်မှ တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ ကြိုပြောထားခြင်း၊ ဝင်ရောက်ထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်းများ မရှိခဲ့ပါ။ ထို့ကြောင့် 7 to Smoke Category အတွင်း ဝင်ရောက်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်သူများ၏ အများသဘောဆန္ဒအရဆုံးဖြတ်သော ပွဲစဥ်ကို Artis - Hood မှ Personal ဆန်ဆန် ဆုံးဖြတ်ပေးခဲ့ကြသည်သာ ရေးသားနေခြင်းမှာ မှားယွင်းသောစွပ်စွဲချက်မျှသာဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၃။ အထက်ပါ အဆိုပါ ပြိုင်ပွဲ၏ စည်းမျဥ်းအရ Voting Result များသူက အနိုင်ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသဖြင့် ပြိုင်ပွဲဝင်သူများ၏ ဆန္ဒအရ Voting ပေးခြင်းကို မိမိ၏ အမြင်ဖြင့် မျှတမှုမရှိကြောင်းရေးသားခြင်းများသည် မိမိတို့ Artis - Hood သာ မက အနိုင်ရှိသူ ပြိုင်ပွဲဝင် B Fly ၏ အနိုင်ရရှိမှုကိုပါထိခိုက်စေပါသည်။ ထို့နောက် social media ပေါ်တွင် Artis - Hood, NONBattle နှင့်ပတ်သတ်၍ မှားယွင်းသော အချက်အလက်များ၊ နာမည်ဖျက် စော်ကားသော content များကို တစ်ဦ်းချင်းအလိုက် အများပြည်သူထံသို့ ဖြန့်ဝေကြပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် အသရေဖျက်ခြင်း၊ professional ဆန်မှု မရှိခြင်းများအပြင် ထိခိုက်နစ်နာစေသော အပျက်သဘောဆောင်သည့် လုပ်ရပ်များအား လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။
၄။ ထိုဖြစ်ရပ်များနှင့် ပတ်သတ်၍ Artis - Hood မှ အမှားတစ်စုံတစ်ရာသော်လည်းကောင်း၊ professional မဆန်မှုများသော်လည်းကောင်း၊ technical, operational and management ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာများတွင် လည်းကောင်း ချို့ယွင်းမှု မရှိစွာ လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
၅။ ထို့နောက် ပြိုင်ပွဲချိန်မပြီးဆုံးခင် Asher, Karim, AJ and Solo-K တို့မှ ထွက်ခွါသွားခြင်းကြောင့် ပွဲစီစဥ်မှုတွင် အခက်အခဲများရှိခဲ့သော်လည်း Artis - Hood မှ professional ပီသစွာ ပြိုင်ပွဲအား စီစဉ်ထားသည့်အတိုင်း ဆက်လက်ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
ယခု social media ပေါ်တွင် Artis - Hood နှင့်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ NONBattle နှင့် ပတ်သတ်၍သော်လည်းကောင်း မမှန်သတင်းမှားဖြန့်ဝေမှုများ၊ ခိုင်လုံသော သက်သေမရှိပဲ စွပ်စွဲပြစ်တင်မှုများ စော်ကားပြောဆိုထားသောသူများအား ဥပဒေကြောင်းအရ ထိရောက်စွာ အရေးယူပါမည်။

Official Statement from Artis-Hood regarding NONBattle Vol.3 held on 25 July 2026
Artis-Hood has been actively supporting Myanmar’s beatbox community since 2021 by organizing workshops, sessions, gatherings, battles, and inviting international beatbox artists to contribute to the positive growth of the local beatbox industry. Our mission is to strengthen the beatbox community through capacity building, skill development, collaboration, artistic production, cultural exchange, and long-term sustainability.
With regard to NONBattle Vol.3, Artis-Hood’s responsibilities were limited to event organization, management, operations, communications, and MC coordination. Artis-Hood had no involvement whatsoever in judging or scoring the competition. Specifically, Artis-Hood did not participate in the voting process for the 7 to Smoke category.
1. Judges and MC Agreement
Asher, Karim, and AJ were appointed as judges for the 1 vs 1 Category, and each had already received 50% of their agreed payment as a deposit prior to the event. Likewise, Solo-K, who served as the MC, requested and received a 50% advance payment via KPay. It was mutually agreed that the remaining 50% would be paid upon the successful completion of their responsibilities after the event concluded.
However, Asher, Karim, AJ, and Solo-K did not continue performing their agreed duties until the completion of the event.
2. 7 to Smoke Voting System
Following the preliminary rounds of the 1 vs 1 Category, the 7 to Smoke Category commenced. The format consisted of eight competitors, with the winner determined by either accumulating the highest number of points within one hour or reaching seven points first.
The voting system was announced prior to the competition. All participants were informed of the rules, understood the format, accepted the voting system, and voluntarily competed under those conditions. The 7 to Smoke Category was intentionally designed without judges, with results determined solely through the voting system.
Approximately 30 minutes into the competition, during the battle between Asher and B-Fly, the voting result was 3 votes for B-Fly and 2 votes for Asher, awarding one point to B-Fly. Dissatisfied with the voting outcome, Asher, Karim, AJ, Solo-K, and several other competitors chose to leave the competition.
Among the voters were Zang and Curio, both members of Artis-Hood. They exercised their voting rights independently as individual participants, with Zang voting for Asher and Curio voting for B-Fly, so as for other participants of the 7 to Smoke Category, including Asher himself in every round. Their votes reflected their own personal judgments and were made independently. There were no prior meetings to control the judging system.
Artis-Hood did not interfere with, influence, or direct any voting decisions, including this round or any other voting throughout the competition. Furthermore, this was clearly explained during the official briefing session held with all participants before the competition began.
Therefore, allegations claiming that Artis-Hood made personal or biased decisions regarding the outcome of the 7 to Smoke Category, which was determined solely by the collective votes of the participants, are false and unfounded.
3. False Allegations and Defamation
Under the officially announced competition rules, the competitor receiving the majority of votes would be declared the winner. Public statements claiming that the voting process was unfair based solely on personal opinions not only damage the reputation of Artis-Hood but also undermine the legitimate victory of B-Fly, who won according to the established rules.
Following the event, false information, defamatory statements, and misleading content targeting Artis-Hood and NONBattle were circulated across social media. These actions included defamation, unprofessional conduct, and other negative behaviors intended to damage the reputation and credibility of both the organization and the event.
4. Professional Conduct
Artis-Hood maintains that it fulfilled all of its responsibilities professionally and appropriately throughout the event. There were no shortcomings in our technical ex*****on, operational management, event organization, or professional conduct.
5. Event Continuation
Although the judges, Asher, Karim, AJ, and the MC, Solo-K left the event before its completion, creating operational challenges, Artis-Hood continued to organize and manage the competition professionally and ensured that the event proceeded according to the planned schedule.
