The Zomi Education Working Group (ZEWG) is looking for a short-time consultant to evaluate the impacts of a capacity development training to both pre-service and in-service teachers at community-based learning centers in Chin State delivered by ZEWG in July - November 2025. This assignment involves evaluating the impacts of the training provided by ZEWG. The consultant will be responsible for designing study tools to assess the training's impacts, to train enumerators, analyze the data, and to develop a comprehensive report of the study. To be eligible for the Suu Myat Than Education Foundation Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

-Myanmar Background: Applicants must hold Myanmar citizenship or provide documentation confirming prior residency in Myanmar before the current crisis.

-Accredited Enrollment in Asia: Applicants must be currently enrolled or have received an unconditional offer for full-time study at an accredited higher education institution located in Asia.

-Demonstrated Financial Need: Applicants must demonstrate significant and verifiable financial need to complete their education due to hardship resulting from conflict or displacement.

-Academic Commitment: Applicants must show a clear commitment to completing their educational program and provide documentation confirming satisfactory academic standing.
