တစ်ခါတလေ ကိုယ်တစ်ယောက်တည်းပဲ ဒီလိုအခက်အခဲတွေကို ရင်ဆိုင်နေရတယ်လို့ ထင်မိဖူးလား။ ကိုယ့်ခံစားချက်တွေကို ဘယ်သူ့ကိုမှ ဖွင့်မပြောဖြစ်ခဲ့တဲ့ အချိန်တွေ၊ နားလည်ပေးမယ့်သူတစ်ယောက်ကို တိတ်တဆိတ် မျှော်လင့်ခဲ့ဖူးတဲ့ နေ့ရက်တွေ ရှိခဲ့ဖူးလား။ 🌱

“လျှောက်လမ်းကလေးများ” ဟာ BIRD ရဲ့ RYPB (Batch 1) သင်တန်းသား၊ သင်တန်းသူတွေရဲ့ ကိုယ်ပိုင်ဘဝအတွေ့အကြုံတွေကို အခြေခံရေးသားထားတဲ့ စာစုလေးတွေကို စုစည်းထားခြင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဆယ်ကျော်သက်အရွယ်မှာ ကြုံတွေ့ရတဲ့ အခက်အခဲတွေ၊ ရင်တွင်းခံစားချက်တွေနဲ့ ဘဝဖြတ်သန်းမှုတွေကို မျှဝေရင်း အလားတူအတွေ့အကြုံတွေကို ရင်ဆိုင်နေရတဲ့ လူငယ်တွေအတွက် အားပေးမှုနဲ့ နားလည်မှုတစ်စုံတစ်ရာ ပေးစွမ်းနိုင်ဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်ထားပါတယ်။

It is our greatest joy to congratulate our dear students from RYPB Batch 1, Hsu Min Myat Kyaw, Ar Thar Wati Kyaw, & Hnin Phyu Wai on this wonderful achievement.

We also want to share this special moment with all of our guest trainers and guest speakers from the three-month intensive training at BIRD. မြန်မာနိုင်ငံလိုမျိုး မတူကွဲပြားတဲ့ ယဉ်ကျေးမှုတွေ၊ ဓလေ့ထုံးတမ်းတွေ ပေါင်းစပ်နေထိုင်ကြတဲ့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းမှာ ဒီကွဲပြားမှုတွေက တကယ်တော့ ကျွန်‌တော်တို့ရဲ့ အကြီးမားဆုံး အားသာချက်တစ်ခုဖြစ်သလို ချစ်စရာ‌ကောင်းတဲ့ အရာတစ်ခုဖြစ်လည်းပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ တစ်ယောက်နဲ့တစ်ယောက် အထင်အမြင်လွဲမှားတာတွေကို ကျော်လွှားပြီး အပြန်အလှန် နားလည်မှု တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ဖို့ကတော့ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ လျှောက်ရမယ့် ခရီးရှည်တစ်ခုပါပဲ။

ဒီလိုပိုပြီးနက်ရှိုင်းတဲ့ နားလည်မှု၊ စာနာမှု၊တန်ဖိုးထားမှု‌တွေနဲ့ ပေါင်းစည်းညီညွတ်မှုတွေကို ဖော်ဆောင်နိုင်ဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်ပြီး ကျွန်တော်တို့ Burma Institute for Rural Development (BIRD) ကနေ ဦးစီးကျင်းပခဲ့တဲ့ "BIRD-RYPB Ethnic Talk Series" (တိုင်းရင်းသား ယဉ်ကျေးမှု စကားဝိုင်း အစီအစဉ်)ဟာဆိုရင် အခုဆိုရင် အောင်မြင်စွာနဲ့ ပြီးဆုံးသွားပြီပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒီထူးခြားတဲ့ တိုင်းရင်းသားစကားဝိုင်းလေးမှာဆိုရင် မတူညီတဲ့ တိုင်းရင်းသား လူမျိုးစုအသီးသီးက ဆရာ၊ ဆရာမတွေ ကိုယ်တိုင်ဦးဆောင်ပါဝင်ပြီး ယဉ်ကျေးမှုတွေ၊ သမိုင်းအကြောင်းအရာတွေနဲ့ အပြန်အလှန်လေးစားမှု တည်ဆောက်ပုံတွေကို သူတို့ရဲ့ အတွေ့အကြုံတွေနဲ့အတူ ပွင့်ပွင့်လင်းလင်း မျှဝေဆွေးနွေးပေးခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ဒီလိုအကျိုးသက်ရောက်မှုရှိတဲ့ စကားဝိုင်းလေး ပြီးဆုံးသွားတာနဲ့အမျှ ကျွန်တော်တို့ သင်တန်းသူ၊သင်တန်းသားတွေရရှိလာတဲ့ အဖိုးတန်သင်ခန်းစာတွေနဲ့ လက်တွေ့ကျတဲ့ အတွေ့အကြုံတွေက ပိုပြီးစည်းလုံးညီညွတ်တဲ့ အနာဂတ်ဆီကို ဦးတည်ဖို့အတွက် အထောက်အကူဖြစ်စေတဲ့ လျှောက်လှမ်းတစ်ခုအဖြစ်ပိုပြီး ခိုင်မာစေခဲ့တာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒီစကားဝိုင်း အစီအစဉ် တစ်လျှောက်လုံးမှာ မိမိတို့ရဲ့ တိုင်းရင်းသား ယဉ်ကျေးမှု ဓလေ့ထုံးတမ်းတွေ၊ အဖိုးတန် အတွေ့အကြုံတွေနဲ့ ဗဟုသုတတွေကို စေတနာရှေ့ထားပြီး ရိုးသားပွင့်လင်းစွာ လာရောက်မျှဝေပေးကြတဲ့ တိုင်းရင်းသား လူမျိုးစု အသီးသီးက ဆရာ၊ ဆရာမများအားလုံးကို Burma Institute for Rural Development (BIRD) မိသားစုကိုယ်စား အထူးပဲ ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိပါကြောင်း လေးစားစွာ မှတ်တမ်းတင်အပ်ပါတယ်ခင်ဗျာ။

Rural Youth Pathways Bridge Program ဆရာ၊ဆရာမများအား အထူးကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိခြင်း🙏

ကျွန်တော်တို့ Burma Institute for Rural Development မှလူငယ်များကနေ ကျေးလက်ဒေသ၊ ပညာရေးအခွင့်အလမ်း‌နည်းပါးတဲ့ဒေသများဆီက လူငယ်များအတွက် English, Social Studies, Career Development, ethnic knowledge တွေကို မျှဝေ သင်ကြားပေးချင်တဲ့ စိတ်ကူးလေးနဲ့ Rural Youth Pathways Bridge Program - RYPB(Batch 1) ကို BIRD ရဲ့ ပထမဆုံး program အနေနဲ့ စတင်ဖော်ဆောင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

လူငယ်တွေအတွက် ပညာရေး အခွင့်အလမ်းတွေ ဖန်တီးပေးချင်တယ်၊ သင်ယူစရာ တွေ ပံ့ပိုးပေးချင်တယ် ဆိုတဲ့ စိတ်တစ်ခုနဲ့ စတင်ခဲ့တဲ့ program လေးတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး Budget လည်း မရှိခဲ့သလို၊ sponsorship လည်း မရှိခဲ့တဲ့ program လေးတခုဟာ အခုတော့ စိတ်တူ/ ကိုယ်တူ ဝိုင်း၀န်း ပံ့ပိုး ပေးခဲ့ကြတဲ့ ဆရာ၊ဆရာမ တို့ရဲ့ အင်အားနဲ့ အောင်အောင် မြင်မြင်နဲ့ ပြီးဆုံးသွားခဲ့ပါပြီပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်ခင်ဗျာ။

ကိုယ်စီ ကိုယ်စီ အလုပ်တာ၀န်‌တွေကြားကနေ အင်တာနက် အခက်အခဲ၊ အချိန် ကွာခြားချက်တွေအပြင်တချို့ဆို မအားလပ်တဲ့ကြားကနေ ပါ၀င်အားဖြည့် ပေးခဲ့ကြတဲ့ ဆရာ၊ ဆရာမ တစ်ဦးချင်းဆီကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ BIRD program team ကနေ အထူး ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိပါကြောင်း ပြောပါရစေခင်ဗျာ။
