Subject :- Myanmar Earthquake Formation of the Sri Jagannath Temple Comprehensive Repair Committee.
On July 27, 2025, at 4:00 PM, a neighborhood meeting was held in Tadale Village, Amarapura Township, to establish the Comprehensive Repair Committee for the Sri Jagannath Village Temple.
This committee was organized by the Manipura Mitta Development Association (MMDA) and brings together MMDA members alongside Meitei Bamon representatives from diverse locations.
The committee features a clear structure with systematic rules and regulations defining each member's responsibilities. It comprises dedicated adults and youths from across the neighborhoods, selected for their philanthropic spirit and commitment to seeing the temple restoration through to completion.
Professional accountants are integral to the committee, ensuring transparent financial management. A dedicated joint bank account for the temple repairs has already been established.
We now formally welcome donations from both international and local supporters. Updates and donation details will be announced progressively on social media as the project advances.
